The tutors of the LINKSROUACBE project, Vasyl Kyfyak, Alla Shymko, Yulia Ursakiy and Valeria Penyuk, have been preparing for publication the article “The Role of Digital Platforms in the Formation of Collaborative Learning in the Digital and Blended Educational Environment of Higher Education Institutions” in a scientific journal indexed by the Web of Science. The article examines the functional capabilities of modern tools in ensuring interactive interaction between participants in the educational process and outlines the advantages of using digital platforms for the development of communicative, research and project competencies of the students.

Учасники проєкту LINKSROUACBE також обговорили результати аудиту та з’ясували слабкі місця у проведеній роботі. Створено алгоритм дій для запобігання їх у майбутньому.

27 січня 2026 року команда проєкту LINKSROUACBE зібралась, щоб розробити стратегію реалізації HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 «Зв’язок між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні» на наступний період. Зокрема, розглядались питання організації круглих столів, обміну досвідом, закупівлі нового обладнання тощо.
On January 27, 2026, the LINKSROUACBE project team met to develop a strategy for the implementation of HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 “Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine” for the next period. In particular, the issues of organizing round tables, exchanging experience, purchasing new equipment, etc. were considered.

Науковці ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ й учасники проєкту LINKSROUACBE Юрій Королюк, Анатолій Вдовічен, Ольга Вдовічена, Василь Кифяк підготували матеріал для статті у журналі, який індексується Web of science. Авторами проаналізовано впровадження цифрових технологій у підготовку фахівців економічних спеціальностей. На основі опитування викладачів, студентів і представників бізнесу оцінено рівень використання та ефективність сучасних цифрових інструментів, зокрема платформ дистанційного навчання, електронних ресурсів і мобільних застосунків. Визначено переваги й труднощі цифровізації, а також наголошено на потребі підвищення цифрової компетентності викладачів. Результати підтверджують позитивний вплив цифрових технологій на якість економічної освіти та необхідність подальшої цифрової трансформації.
Scientists of the ChITE SUTE and participants of the LINKSROUACBE project Yurii Koroliuk, Anatolii Vdovichen, Olha Vdovichena, Vasyl Kyfyak prepared material for an article in the journal, which is indexed by the Web of Science. The authors analyzed the implementation of digital technologies in the training of specialists in economic specialties. Based on a survey of teachers, students and business representatives, the level of use and effectiveness of modern digital tools, in particular distance learning platforms, electronic resources and mobile applications, was assessed. The advantages and challenges of digitalization are identified, and the need to improve teachers' digital competence is emphasized. The results confirm the positive impact of digital technologies on the quality of economic education and the need for further digital transformation.
Тьютор проєкту LINKSROUACBE Конон Багрій у співавторстві з доцентами ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ Тетяною Томнюк, Олексієм Малярчуком, Володимиром Євдощаком готують до друку статтю у науковому журналі, який індексується Web of science. Метою статті є дослідження теоретико-методичних і практичних аспектів трансформації системи управлінського обліку в українських компаніях на основі впровадження сучасних ERP-рішень, зокрема BAS ERP, а також обґрунтування переваг цифровізації управлінських процесів для підвищення ефективності прийняття управлінських рішень в умовах нестабільного економічного середовища.
Стаття розкриває функціональні можливості BAS ERP для автоматизації бюджетування, контролінгу, управління витратами, запасами та фінансовими потоками й переваги впровадження BAS ERP (оперативність інформації, прозорість даних, аналітичність, зниження ризиків управлінських помилок). Автори надають практичні рекомендації щодо ефективного впровадження та адаптації BAS ERP у системі управлінського обліку.
LINKSROUACBE project tutor Konon Bagrii, in co-authorship with the ChITE SUTE Associate Professors Tetiana Tomniuk, Oleksii Maliarchuk, Volodymyr Yevdoshchak, are preparing an article for publication in a scientific journal indexed by the Web of Science. The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of transformation of the management accounting system in Ukrainian companies based on the implementation of modern ERP solutions, in particular BAS ERP, as well as to substantiate the advantages to digitalize the management processes for increasing the efficiency of management decision-making in an unstable economic environment. The article reveals the functional capabilities of BAS ERP for automating budgeting, controlling, cost, inventory and financial flow management and the advantages of implementing BAS ERP (information efficiency, data transparency, analytics and reducing the risks of management errors). The authors provide practical recommendations for the effective implementation and adaptation of BAS ERP in the management accounting system.
Учасники проєкту LINKSROUACBE Юрій Королюк, Анатолій Вдовічен, Ольга Вдовічена, Ірина Лошенюк підготували фахову статтю у міжнародну наукометричну базу даних Scopus. Проведене ними дослідження показує, що штучний інтелект активно сприяє розвитку цифрових платформ в Україні, особливо в малому та середньому бізнесі, підвищує ефективність і покращує цифрову інтеграцію. Однак його впровадження стримується фінансовими, технічними та регуляторними бар’єрами. Попри це поступове й обережне використання ШІ вже дає відчутні результати для українських МСП.
LINKSROUACBE project participants Yurii Koroliuk, Anatolii Vdovichen, Olha Vdovichena, Iryna Losheniuk prepared a specialized article for the international scientometric database Scopus. Their research shows that artificial intelligence actively contributes to the development of digital platforms in Ukraine, especially in small and medium-sized businesses, increases efficiency and improves digital integration. However, its implementation is hampered by financial, technical and regulatory barriers. Despite this, the gradual and careful use of AI is already yielding tangible results for Ukrainian Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises.

5 січня 2026 року робоча група проєкту «Зв’язки між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні» (LINKSROUACBE, ID HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043) провела засідання, на якому обговорила і затвердила специфікації для комп’ютерного обладнання для навчальних лабораторій. Головна вимога – можливість впровадження ERP-систем для автоматизації та інтеграції всіх основних процесів в інституті в єдину базу даних.
On January 5, 2026, the working group of the project “Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine” (LINKSROUACBE, ID HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043) held a meeting to discuss and approve the specifications for computer equipment for educational laboratories. The main requirement was identified as the possibility of implementing ERP systems to automate and integrate all the main processes at the institute into a single database.
За грантові кошти проєкту LINKSROUACBE також закуплено чотири лазерних кольорових принтери для цифрових лабораторій: один великий на А3 та три на А4. Технічні та якісні характеристики комп’ютерного обладнання відповідають всім вимогам.
Four laser color printers for digital laboratories were also purchased with the grant funds of the LINKSROUACBE project: one large A3 and three A4s. The technical and quality characteristics of the computer equipment meet all the requirements.
Придбана апаратура для запису та відтворення аудіо- та відеоматеріалу, а саме два інтерактивних дисплеї (панелі), відповідає усім вимогам до якісних характеристик товару. Базове програмне забезпечення панелей має широкий функціонал: інструменти для малювання, мультимедійна інтеграція, спільна робота в реальному часі, анімація та таймлайн, експорт та обмін даними тощо.
The purchased equipment for recording and playing audio and video material, namely two interactive displays (panels), meets all the requirements for the product quality characteristics. The basic software of the panels has a wide functionality: drawing tools, multimedia integration, real-time collaboration, animation and timeline, export and data exchange, etc.
Новий 2026 рік розпочався для Чернівецького торговельно-економічного інституту ДТЕУ придбанням нового комп’ютерного обладнання за кошти проєкту, який фінансується Програмою Interreg VI-A NEXT Угорщина – Словаччина – Румунія – Україна 2021-2027. Тепер студентам буде легше опановувати цифрові навички в освітньому процесі під час навчання в інтегрованій цифровій інтелектуальній лабораторії Smart Digital Lab.
The new 2026 year began for the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE with the purchase of new computer equipment for the project funded by the Interreg VI-A NEXT Hungary - Slovakia - Romania - Ukraine 2021-2027 Program. Now it will be easier for students to master digital skills in the educational process while studying in the integrated digital intellectual laboratory Smart Digital Lab.

Цифровізація фінансової звітності в державному секторі стала стратегічним пріоритетом для урядів усього світу, а розширювана мова бізнес-звітності (XBRL) стала провідною технологією для стандартизації та автоматизації розкриття фінансових даних. Це дослідження розглядає критичні бар'єри, що перешкоджають впровадженню XBRL в установах державного сектору, та визначає найкращі практики, які сприяють успішному впровадженню. У дослідженні пропонується комплексна структура, що охоплює поетапні стратегії впровадження, ініціативи з нарощування потенціалу, механізми залучення зацікавлених сторін та протоколи забезпечення якості.
Vitaliі IVANOVYCH chose the topic “Integration of XBRL technology into public sector financial reporting: implementation barriers and best practices” for his scientific research. Associate Professor Mykola SKRYPNYK assisted him in writing the paper.
The digitalization of financial reporting in the public sector has become a strategic priority for governments worldwide, with eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) emerging as a leading technology for standardizing and automating financial data disclosure. This research examines the critical barriers hindering XBRL implementation in public sector entities and identifies best practices that facilitate successful adoption. The research proposes a comprehensive framework encompassing phased implementation strategies, capacity building initiatives, stakeholder engagement mechanisms, and quality assurance protocols.
Поліна ОРЛОВА написала роботу «Децентралізація територіальних громад в Україні на шляху до європейської інтеграції» під керівництвом доцента Ірини МУСТЕЦИ.
У статті розглядається роль та значення децентралізації територіальних громад у війні. Проаналізовано, як передача влади на місця сприяє підвищенню стабільності державного управління, зміцненню соціальної згуртованості, мобілізації місцевих ресурсів та ефективній організації відновлення після бойових дій. Зроблено висновок, що децентралізація є важливим фактором забезпечення національної безпеки та післявоєнного розвитку держави. Україна зіткнулася з потужними глобальними викликами, такими як пандемія, що розпочалася у 2019 році, та російсько-українська війна, яка триває з лютого 2022 року, тож держава повинна значно посилити зусилля щодо забезпечення фізичної та соціальної безпеки своїх громадян.
Polina ORLOVA wrote the work “Decentralization of territorial communities in Ukraine on the path to European integration” under the supervision of Associate Professor Iryna MUSTETSA.
The article deals with the role and importance of decentralization of territorial communities in war. The author analyzed how the transfer of power to places helps to increase the stability of public administration, strengthen social cohesion, mobilization of local resources and effective organization of recovery after hostilities. It is concluded that decentralization is an important factor in ensuring national security and post -war development of the state. Ukraine has encountered powerful global challenges as a pandemic that began in 2019 and the russian-Ukrainian War, which has been going on since February 2022. In the face of such challenges, the state should significantly strengthen the effort to ensure the physical and social security of its citizens.
Доцент Роман ГИЩУК керував науковим дослідженням бакалавра ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ Анастасії КРЕЦЬКОЇ «Соціально-економічний ландшафт туризму в Україні: регіональні виклики та транскордонні можливості у воєнний час та відновлення».
Туристичний сектор України, як важливий компонент економіки та культури країни, зіткнувся з серйозними викликами після повномасштабного вторгнення Росії у 2022 році. Хоча пошкодження інфраструктури, загрози безпеці та економічна нестабільність серйозно обмежили туристичну діяльність, ця галузь також має значний потенціал для сприяння національному відновленню, зміцненню соціальної згуртованості, збереженню культурної спадщини та покращенню глобального іміджу України. Це дослідження має на меті надати комплексну оцінку туристичної галузі України та її регіональних вимірів в умовах воєнного часу, визначити основні проблеми та окреслити потенційні напрямки сталого розвитку, що відображають соціально-економічні та безпекові міркування.
Associate Professor Roman HYSHCHUK supervised the scientific research of Anastasia KRETSKA (Bachelor’s degree student of ChITE SUTE) “The Socio-economic Landscape of tourism in Ukraine: regional challenges and cross-border opportunities in wartime and recovery”.
The tourism sector of Ukraine, as an essential component of the nation’s economy and culture, has encountered profound challenges following russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022. While infrastructure damage, security threats, and economic instability have severely constrained tourism activities, the industry also holds significant potential to contribute to national recovery, strengthen social cohesion, preserve cultural heritage, and enhance Ukraine’s global image. This study aims to provide a comprehensive assessment of Ukraine’s tourism industry and its regional dimensions under wartime conditions, identify the primary challenges, and outline potential directions for sustainable development that reflect socio-economic and security considerations.

Метою дослідження є обґрунтування теоретичних основ і розробка практичних підходів до формування ефективної політики фінансування оборотних активів підприємства з урахуванням ризиків, властивих різним джерелам фінансування та сучасним умовам ведення бізнесу.
Oleh FENIUK worked on the topic “Modern approaches to the development of a policy for financing current assets of an enterprise in crisis conditions” (Supervisor – Associate Professor Lіubov GUT).
In modern business conditions, characterized by a high level of economic instability, inflationary processes, war risks and limited opportunities for attracting external financing, the issue of forming an effective system of financing the current assets of the enterprise becomes particularly relevant. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical foundations and develop practical approaches to the formation of an effective policy of financing current assets of the enterprise, taking into account the risks inherent in various sources of financing and modern business conditions.

У забезпеченні сталого розвитку територіальних громад важливу роль відіграє стратегічне планування, невід'ємним елементом якого є інформаційно-аналітичне забезпечення. Сьогодні питання концептуалізації аналітичного забезпечення розробки стратегій розвитку ОТГ набуває дедалі більшої актуальності з урахуванням особливостей їх створення, функціонування, складу, географічного розташування, а також державної, регіональної та галузевої політики тощо. Метою дослідження є узагальнення основних концептуальних принципів інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення розробки, реалізації та коригування стратегії розвитку територіальних громад.
“Certain aspects of analytical support for the forming strategies for the development of territorial communities” – the work of Master’s degree student of ChITE SUTE Mykhailo KOZAR (Supervisor – Associate Professor Serhiі RYLІEІEV).
In ensuring the sustainable development of territorial communities (TCs), an important role is played by strategic planning, an integral element of which information and analytical support is. Today, the issue of conceptualizing analytical support for the development of TC development strategies is becoming increasingly relevant, taking into account the peculiarities of their creation, functioning, composition, geographical location, as well as state, regional and sectoral policies, etc. The purpose of the study is to generalize the main conceptual principles of information and analytical support for the development, implementation and adjustment of the TC development strategy.

Туристичний потенціал – це широке багатогранне поняття, яке охоплює сукупність природно-рекреаційних, культурних, історичних, організаційних та економічних показників, що можуть слугувати передумовами розвитку окремих видів туризму та туристичної галузі загалом. У цій роботі визначено систему показників, що дають змогу реалізувати та розвинути туристичний потенціал країни. Згідно з ними, Україна має великі перспективи для розвитку туристичного потенціалу.
The scientific research “Strategic analysis of the tourism industry potential of Ukraine” was carried out by Victoriia SHESTOBUZ under the supervision of Associate Professor Halyna DOLHA.
Tourism potential is a broad multifaceted concept that covers a set of natural and recreational, cultural, historical, organizational and economic indicators that can serve as prerequisites for the development of certain types of tourism and the tourism industry in general. A system of indicators that enable the realization and development of the country's tourism potential was also identified in this paper. According to the presented indicators, Ukraine has great prospects for the development of tourism potential.
Іванна КОСТИНЮК, магістр ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ, подала на конкурс роботу «Управління активами на основі штучного інтелекту: застосування машинного навчання для прогнозного обслуговування та оптимізації активів у комерційних підприємствах» (наукові керівники – доценти Конон БАГРІЙ, Наталія СКРИПНИК).
Це дослідження розглядає трансформаційну роль штучного інтелекту (ШІ) та машинного навчання (МН) у революційному впровадженні методів управління активами на комерційних підприємствах. Проаналізовано, як системи прогнозного обслуговування на основі ШІ й алгоритми оптимізації активів підвищують операційну ефективність, знижують витрати та подовжують життєві цикли активів у сучасному бізнес-середовищі. Це дослідження сприяє теоретичному розумінню технологічно опосередкованого управління активами, водночас надаючи практичні основи для впровадження на підприємствах. Результати мають вагоме значення для фінансового менеджменту, операційної стратегії та сталого розвитку бізнесу в епоху цифрової економіки.
Ivanna KOSTYNIUK, Master’s degree student of ChITE SUTE, submitted the work «AI-driven asset management: machine learning applications for predictive maintenance and asset optimization in commercial enterprises» (Supervisors – Associate Professors Konon BAGRII and Nataliia SKRYPNYK).
This research examines the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) in revolutionizing asset management practices within commercial enterprises. The study investigates how AI-driven predictive maintenance systems and asset optimization algorithms enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and extend asset lifecycles in contemporary business environments. This study contributes to the theoretical understanding of technology-mediated asset management while providing practical frameworks for enterprise implementation. The findings have significant implications for financial management, operational strategy, and sustainable business development in the digital economy era.
Бакалавр ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ Вероніка КИСИЛИЦЯ працювала над темою «Управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємств гостинності в транскордонній зоні України та Румунії» під науковим керівництвом професора Василя КИФЯКА.
У науковій роботі на основі вивчення зарубіжного досвіду в управлінні інвестиціями та дослідження діяльності підприємств гостинності в Чернівецькій області та повіті Сучава встановлено основні принципи управління інвестиціями, що зосереджені на специфічних аспектах гостинності, таких як якість обслуговування, досвід клієнтів, розвиток інфраструктури, створення привабливих умов для бізнесу та підтримка інвестиційних проектів. Розроблено модель управління інвестиціями для підприємств гостинності в транскордонному просторі України та Румунії.
Veronika KYSYLYTSIA, Bachelor’s degree student of CHITE SUTE, worked on the topic “Managing Investment Activity of the Hospitality Enterprises in the Cross-Border Area of Ukraine and Romania” under the scientific supervision of Professor of Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE Vasyl KYFYAK.
In the work, the basic principles of investment management have been established that focus on specific aspects of hospitality, such as service quality, customer experience, infrastructure development, creation of attractive conditions for business, and support for investment projects based on the study of foreign experience in investment management and research on the activity of hospitality enterprises in the Chernivtsi region and Suceava County. A model of investment management for hospitality enterprises in the cross-border space of Ukraine and Romania has been developed.
«Кібербезпека та комунікації: сучасні реалії» – робота Валерія ТОКАРЯ (бакалавр ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ, науковий керівник – доцент Валерія ПЕНЮК).
Стаття присвячена дослідженню кібербезпеки й ефективної комунікації – критично важливих компонентів безпеки та стабільного функціонування не лише урядових структур, а й бізнесу, освіти та повсякденного життя. Кібербезпека та комунікація тісно взаємопов'язані, оскільки будь-який обмін інформацією через цифрові канали потребує захисту. У цій статті досліджується актуальність цифрових загроз у контексті комунікації між бізнесом та споживачем, висвітлено специфічний характер довіри споживачів у цифровому середовищі та окреслено компоненти, що складають довіру в цьому просторі. Визначено поняття та передумови кіберзагроз у сучасному світі.

This article is devoted to the study of cyber security and effective communication—critically important components of security and stable functioning not only for government structures, but also for business, education, and everyday life. Cyber security and communication are closely interrelated, since any exchange of information through digital channels requires protection. This article examines the relevance of digital threats in the context of communication between businesses and consumers, highlights the specific nature of consumer trust in the digital environment, and outlines the components that make up trust in this space. The concepts and prerequisites of cyber threats in the modern world are defined.
Магістр ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ Данило ВДОВІЧЕН під керівництвом проф. Юрія КОРОЛЮКА подав на конкурс роботу «Вплив ринків криптовалют на економіку Східної Європи: аналіз моделювання структурних рівнянь».
Швидке розширення ринків криптовалют створює як можливості, так і виклики для економік Східної Європи, особливо в умовах пострадянських перехідних періодів та геополітичної нестабільності. Ключові досліджувані проблеми включають волатильність ринку, фрагментацію регуляторних актів, перекриття неформальної економіки, екологічні витрати на майнінг та вразливість, виявлену під час криптокатастрофи у жовтні 2025 року, яка спричинила ліквідації на суму 19 мільярдів доларів через торговельну напруженість між США та Китаєм. Danylo VDOVICHEN, ChITE SUTE Master’s degree student, under the supervision of Prof. Yurii KOROLIUK, submitted the work “Impact of Cryptocurrency Markets on the Economy of Eastern Europe: Analysis of Structural Equation Modeling”. The rapid expansion of cryptocurrency markets presents both opportunities and challenges for Eastern European economies, particularly amid post-Soviet transitions and geopolitical instability. Key problems investigated include market volatility, regulatory fragmentation, informal economy overlaps, environmental costs of mining, and the vulnerability exposed by the October 2025 crypto crash, which triggered $19 billion in liquidations due to U.S.-China trade tensions.
The aim of this research is to empirically evaluate the influence of cryptocurrency adoption on macroeconomic performance in the region.
11 грудня 2025 року наукові роботи десяти студентів Чернівецького торговельно-економічного інституту ДТЕУ взяли участь у фінальному етапі Міжнародного студентського конкурсу «ACHIEVEMENTS IN ECONOMIC EDUCATION – STUDENTS SHAPE THE ECONOMY OF THE FUTURE!», який проходив у Сучавському університеті ім. On December 11, 2025, the scientific works of ten students of the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE took part in the final stage of the International Student Competition "ACHIEVEMENTS IN ECONOMIC EDUCATION - STUDENTS SHAPE THE ECONOMY OF THE FUTURE!", which was held at the Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava (Romania). The competition brought together more than 40 participants from Romania, Ukraine and Moldova with the ChITE SUTE Associate Professor Oleksii Maliarchuk being a member of the competition jury.

Адже проєкт «Зв’язки між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні» (LINKSROUACBE, ID HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043) фінансується Програмою Interreg VI-A NEXT Угорщина – Словаччина – Румунія – Україна 2021-2027. Його загальна вартість становить 516 757,50 євро, з яких 465 081,57 євро – це безповоротне фінансування.
Besides it, Professor Y.Koroliuk presented two digital laboratories created at the institute with grant funds in his report. After all, the project “Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine” (LINKSROUACBE, ID HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043) is funded by the Interreg VI-A NEXT Hungary – Slovakia – Romania – Ukraine 2021-2027 Program. Its total cost is 516,757.50 Euros, of which 465,081.57 Euros is non-refundable funding.

The project coordinator, Doctor of Public Administration, Professor Yurii Koroliuk, spoke on behalf of the delegation of the ChITE SUTE. He welcomed the Romanian colleagues, emphasized the importance of joint grant initiatives for improving the quality of education in both countries, and shared the experience of implementing digital technologies and innovative educational tools at the ChITE SUTE.

On December 4, 2025, the Ukrainian team of implementers of the international grant project "Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine" (HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043) took part in the round table "Education related to the labor market - the link between theory and practice", which was held at the Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava (Suceava, Romania).
During the event, the following issues were discussed:
• modern digital tools for creating educational courses;
• EdTech solutions and principles of digital pedagogy;
• concept of an integrated digital educational platform developed within the project.

The aim of the LINKSROUACBE project is to expand access to new technologies in higher education through cross-border cooperation and adaptation of the university curriculum to the requirements of the labor market. The need to develop digital skills in education and the importance of strategic partnerships with employers are undeniable and relevant. Therefore, academic mobility in the form of permanent cooperation between the ChITE SUTE and the Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava will serve as an engine for the modernization of curricula.
Українська команда грантового проєкту спільно з румунськими колегами працювала над розробкою інтегрованої цифрової освітньої платформи, що включатиме програмне забезпечення та навчальні модулі для сфер фінансів, бухгалтерського обліку, маркетингу, менеджменту, HoReCa та інших напрямів.

Ukrainian team of the grant project, together with Romanian colleagues, worked on the development of an integrated digital educational platform, which will include software and training modules for the fields of finance, accounting, marketing, management, HoReCa and other areas. From December 2 to 4, 2025, the executors of the international grant project “Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine” (HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043) of Partner 1, Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of the SUTE, had participatеd in academic mobility and exchanged experience with teachers of the Leading Partner – Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava (Suceava, Romania).
The purpose of the trip was to improve the professional competence of teachers through mastering modern digital technologies, innovative teaching tools and methods of creating educational resources.

On December 1, 2025, the LINKSROUACBE project tutors, Yuliia Ursakii and Valeria Peniuk, conducted classes in the Applied Modeling Laboratory. The students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the new equipment purchased with grant funds provided by the European Union within the framework of the LINKSROUACBE project and installed in two new laboratories.

Vdovichen Danylo, Master’s student majoring in Business Administration represented the students of ChITE SUTE on the event. His report’s topic was "Crypto infrastructure as a driver of digital inclusion and economic integration of Ukraine with the EU".

Petro Bryzhak, Head of the Department of Reform Support and Audit of Local Programs of the Chernivtsi Regional Council, reported on the problems of involving school children and students of the Chernivtsi region in the creation of startup projects, the development of creative ideas, innovative thinking in order to achieve a new level of development of science and technological progress.

Liubov Kozholianko, Director of the Chernivtsi Regional Employment Center, considered the role of the employment service in the development of an inclusive and digital economy in the context of Ukraine's European integration.
Інклюзивність як пріоритет стратегії ЄС 2025-2030 розглянула у свої доповіді Лідія Шинкарук, член-кореспондент НАН України, д. е. н., професор, завідувач кафедри виробничого та інвестиційного менеджменту Національного університету біоресурсів і природокористування України.
Inclusiveness as a priority of the EU Strategy 2025-2030 was considered in her reports by Lidiia Shynkaruk, Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine, Dr. of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Production and Investment Management of the National University of Life Resources and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.

The round table was dedicated to the problems and prospects of an inclusive and innovative economy, social mobility, public administration. Dr. of State Administration, Prof. Yurii Koroliuk, the project manager of LINKSROUACBE, was the Chairman, and Ph.D. in Economics, Shymko Alla Vasylivna, project assistant manager, moderated the event. On October 24, 2025, as part of the 13th Bukovyna Student Festival of Science, a working meeting of the top management of the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE with Professor Carmen Nastase, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava (Romania), took place. The parties discussed areas of further cooperation in the field of science and education, as well as the implementation of tasks in the joint international grant project of the CHITE SUTE and the University of Suceava "Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine" (HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043).
As a result of the meeting, it was agreed to hold a joint competition of student scientific works in the near future.

A delegation from our institute took part in the international business project competition within the Innovation Week, which was organized by the University of Suceava together with the Moldovan National University. This was a valuable experience for organizing the future competition of scientific papers within the framework of the LINKSROUACBE project. The festival has become another step towards strengthening academic ties between Ukrainian and Romanian universities!

On October 24, 2025, the second day of the 13th Bukovyna Student Science Festival took place in the city of Suceava (Romania). Participants from Kyiv, Lviv and Chernivtsi cities met with students and teachers of the Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava to exchange experiences, get acquainted with the educational process and present their own business projects. Students presented their innovative ideas and gained valuable international experience.
Наукові дослідження торкалися актуальних тем: зеленої логістики, брендингу туристичних регіонів у воєнний час, розвитку сімейного бізнесу, викликів туризму та репутаційного менеджменту. Фестиваль підтвердив, що Буковина залишається осередком молодих талантів, а студентська молодь готова не лише генерувати інновації, а й втілювати їх у реальні рішення для розвитку країни.
Scientific research covered topical topics: green logistics, branding of tourist regions in wartime, development of family business, challenges of tourism and reputation management. The festival confirmed that Bukovyna region remains a hub for young talents, and student youth are ready not only to generate innovations, but also to implement them into real solutions for the development of the country.

Student project presentations at the Science Festival demonstrated creativity, relevance and practical usefulness. Digital Kit, HempTech, Food Waste Zero, "EcoLink", SkillUp UA, "Hornietko" (edible tableware) and others were named as the most striking business projects.
23 жовтня 2025 року Чернівецький торговельно-економічний інститут ДТЕУ провів ХІІІ Буковинський студентський фестиваль науки. Захід об’єднав студентів, викладачів, молодих науковців та представників бізнесу з України й Румунії. Метою фестивалю стало виявлення студентських ідей із науковим та підприємницьким потенціалом для післявоєнного відновлення економіки України.
До складу журі увійшли представники місцевої влади, бізнесу та фінансових установ, які відзначили високий рівень підготовки студентів і реалістичність представлених ідей.
Ціль 17: Партнерство заради сталого розвитку. Реалізація через партнерство ЗВО, міністерств, ІТ-сектору України та Румунії, з інтеграцією європейських ініціатив (Erasmus+, Digital Education Hub). Аналіз бар'єрів та етапів впровадження проєкту посилює міжнародну співпрацю, обмін знаннями та оцінку ефективності платформи для спільного сталого розвитку освіти.
Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals. Implementation through partnerships between HEIs, ministries, the IT sector of Ukraine and Romania, with the integration of European initiatives (Erasmus+, Digital Education Hub). Analysis of barriers and stages of project implementation strengthens international cooperation, knowledge exchange and assessment of the effectiveness of the platform for joint sustainable development of education.
Ціль 10: Зменшення нерівності. Проєкт LINKSROUACBE аналізує відмінності в підходах до онлайн-освіти в Україні, Румунії та ЄС, враховуючи технічну грамотність та доступ до технологій. Транскордонна платформа зменшує нерівність через спільне навчання, культурну інтеграцію та рекомендації щодо масштабування, забезпечуючи рівний доступ для студентів з різних регіонів.
Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities. The LINKSROUACBE project analyzes differences in approaches to online education in Ukraine, Romania and the EU, taking into account technical literacy and access to technology. The cross-border platform reduces inequalities through joint learning, cultural integration and recommendations for scaling, ensuring equal access for students from different regions.
Ціль 9: Інновації та інфраструктура. Розробка інтегрованої цифрової лабораторії включає технічні механізми (інтернет речей, AI), аналіз правових та організаційних передумов для транскордонної співпраці. Це сприяє побудові стійкої цифрової інфраструктури освіти, подоланню бар'єрів (мовні, культурні) та інноваційним рішенням для онлайн-навчання між Україною та Румунією.
Goal 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure. The development of an integrated digital laboratory includes technical mechanisms (Internet of things, AI), analysis of legal and organizational prerequisites for cross-border cooperation. This contributes to building a sustainable digital infrastructure for education, overcoming barriers (language, cultural) and innovative solutions for online learning between Ukraine and Romania.
Ціль 8: Гідна праця та економічне зростання. Платформа фокусується на практичних навичках у галузях HoReCa, фінансів та маркетингу та інших економічних спеціальностей, посилюючи зв'язок між теорією та практикою. Аналіз кращих практик ЄС та впровадження механізмів (AI, хмарні рішення) готує студентів до ринку праці, сприяючи економічному зростанню через транскордонне партнерство, пілотні проєкти та інтеграцію з ІТ-сектором.
Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. The platform focuses on practical skills in the HoReCa, finance and marketing and other economic specialties, strengthening the connection between theory and practice. Analysis of EU best practices and implementation of mechanisms (AI, cloud solutions) prepares students for the labor market, contributing to economic growth through cross-border partnerships, pilot projects and integration with the IT sector.
Ціль 5: Гендерна рівність. У рамках діагностики потреб та портрету споживача освітніх послуг (демографічні, психографічні характеристики) проєкт LINKSROUACBE враховує гендерні аспекти, забезпечуючи рівний доступ до цифрової освіти для жінок і чоловіків. Розробка платформи з урахуванням культурних особливостей сприяє подоланню гендерних бар'єрів у транскордонній освіті, наприклад, через інклюзивний педагогічний дизайн для змішаного навчання.
Goal 5: Gender Equality. Within the framework of the diagnostics of needs and the portrait of the consumer of educational services (demographic, psychographic characteristics), the LINKSROUACBE project takes into account gender aspects, ensuring equal access to digital education for women and men. The development of a culturally sensitive platform contributes to overcoming gender barriers in cross-border education, for example, through inclusive pedagogical design for blended learning.
Ціль 4: Якісна освіта. Проєкт LINKSROUACBE сприяє забезпеченню інклюзивної та справедливої якісної освіти через створення транскордонної онлайн-платформи ("розумної лабораторії"), яка інтегрує теорію та практику в сферах HoReCa, фінансів, бухгалтерського обліку та маркетингу. Аналіз моделей (MOOC, віртуальні університети, цифрові лабораторії) та діагностика потреб студентів/викладачів (анкетування, інтерв'ю) дозволяють адаптувати освіту до реальних викликів, підвищуючи доступність навчання для студентів з України та Румунії, особливо в умовах цифрового розриву.
Goal 4: Quality Education. The LINKSROUACBE project contributes to ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education through the creation of a cross-border online platform ("smart laboratory") that integrates theory and practice in the fields of HoReCa, finance, accounting and marketing. Analysis of models (MOOC, virtual universities, and digital laboratories) and diagnostics of students’/teachers' needs (surveys, interviews) allow adapting education to real challenges, increasing the accessibility of education for students from Ukraine and Romania, especially in the context of the digital divide.
Координаторка досліджень проєкту Ольга Вдовічена, к.е.н., доцент, провела лекцію з дисципліни «Бренд-менеджмент» для студентів. Бренд-менеджмент як навчальна дисципліна має безпосередній зв’язок із розробкою транскордонної інтегрованої цифрової лабораторії, адже формує у студентів компетентності стратегічного управління іміджем, репутацією та цінністю освітніх і бізнес-проєктів у цифровому середовищі. У межах спільної українсько-румунської онлайн-платформи знання з бренд-менеджменту сприятимуть формуванню впізнаваного освітнього бренду та підвищенню конкурентоспроможності університетів. Водночас студенти отримують практичний досвід розробки брендів у транскордонному контексті, що поєднує теорію та реальні кейси міжнародного партнерства.
Таким чином, інтеграція бренд-менеджменту в проєкт HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 «Зв’язок між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні» сприяє досягненню Цілей сталого розвитку, зокрема підвищенню якості освіти, інноваційної та транскордонного партнерства (SDG 4, 5, 8, 9,10, 17)./p>
Project research coordinator Olha Vdovichena, Ph.D., Associate Professor, gave a lecture on "Brand Management" for the students.
Brand management as an academic discipline is directly related to the development of a cross-border integrated digital laboratory, as it forms in students the competencies of strategic management of the image, reputation and value of educational and business projects in the digital environment. Within the framework of the joint Ukrainian-Romanian online platform, knowledge of brand management will contribute to the formation of a recognizable educational brand and increase the competitiveness of universities. At the same time, students gain practical experience in developing brands in a cross-border context, combining theory and real cases of international partnership. Thus, the integration of brand management in the project HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 "Links of Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine" contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, in particular improving the quality of education, innovation and cross-border partnerships (SDG 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 17).

On October 7, 2025, scientists of Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE met with the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Public Administration of Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava, Professor Nastase Carmen in Suceava (Romania).
Head of the Department of Scientific and Methodological Work and International Relations Alla Shymko, Professor Yurii Koroliuk and Associate Professors Olha Vdovichena and Konon Bagrii during the meeting discussed all the details of holding a joint event - the 13th Bukovyna Student Science Festival. After all, the second day of the festival, which will take place on October 23-24, 2025, will be held at our partner's institution.
The event is held within the framework of the international project «Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine» (LINKSROUACBE), HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 to promote research, innovation and cooperation between students and teachers from both countries.
Під час робочої зустрічі розглянули такі питання:
- звітування про прогрес проєкту;
- координація подальших наукових-досліджень, проведення опитувань студентів і представників бізнесу;
- спільні публікації в наукових виданнях ЄС;
- специфікації програмних та апаратних складових інтегрованої цифрової лабораторії;
- проведення спільного конкурсу студентських наукових робіт;
- обговорення особливостей реалізації освітніх програм в Україні та Румунії, особливо в інклюзивному вимірі;
- виконання подальших завдань угоди тощо.

The working meeting resolved the following issues:
- reporting on the progress of the project;
- coordination of further scientific research and conducting surveys of students and business representatives;
- joint publications in EU scientific publications;
- specifications of the software and hardware components of the integrated digital laboratory;
- holding a joint competition of student scientific works;
- discussion of features of implementing educational programs in Ukraine and Romania, especially in the inclusive dimension;
- implementation of further tasks of the Agreement etc.

On October 7, 2025, a working meeting of the project implementers «Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine» (HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043) from the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE and Stefan Cel Mare University of Suceava (Romania) took place.
The meeting was attended by project manager and coordinating partner Yurii Koroliuk, principal researcher Olha Vdovichena, trainer-teacher Konon Bagrii and project manager assistant Alla Shymko.
On the part of Stefan Cel Mare University of Suceava, the leading partner of the project, the working meeting was organized by Anamaria G. Macovei, project manager, and Marian Socoliuc, Vice-Dean for Material Base and Relationship with the Socio-Economic Environment, Doctoral Supervisor in Accounting.

Mykhailo Karpov, Brand Chief of Ridge Hospitality Group, outlined modern approaches to restoring the HoReCa sector after the crises and presented cases and successful practices.
Liudmila Hryhorovych, Administrator of the Premium Hotel Complex and the Park Restaurant, spoke about the hotel business security system under martial law and shared practical experience in protecting guests, staff and property.
The discussion confirmed: HoReCa is not just a business, but first of all people, partnership and readiness for change.

30 вересня 2025 року кафедра харчових технологій і готельно-ресторанного сервісу ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ провела круглий стіл на тему «HoReCa в часи викликів: цифровізація, безпека, відновлення». Мета заходу — створення простору для професійного діалогу між науковцями, бізнесом і освітянами у сфері гостинності. Подія відбулася в межах міжнародного проєкту «Зв’язок між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні» та була приурочена до 60-річчя ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ.
Захід відкрила завідувач кафедри Каріна Паламарек, яка підкреслила актуальність цифрової трансформації галузі HoReCa та важливість міжсекторного діалогу.

On September 30, 2025, the ChITE SUTE Department of Food Technologies and Hotel and Restaurant Service held a round table on the topic «HoReCa in Times of Challenges: Digitalization, Security and Recovery». The purpose of the event is to create a space for professional dialogue between scientists, business and educators in the field of hospitality. The event took place within the framework of the international project «Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine» and was timed to coincide with the 60th anniversary of the ChITE SUTE. The event was opened by the Head of the department, Karina Palamarek, who emphasized the relevance of the digital transformation of the HoReCa industry and the importance of intersectoral dialogue. The Director of the ChITE SUTE Anatolii Vdovichen and Deputy Director Iryna Losheniuk delivered warm welcoming speeches. Associate Professor Inna Danyliuk, the moderator of the round table, ensured a professional and dynamic discussion as well as an effective interaction between the participants.
27–28 вересня 2025 року в рамках міжнародного проєкту «Зв’язок між теорією і практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні» відбувся загальноінститутський тренінг «Цілі сталого розвитку як ціннісні орієнтири розвитку освітніх напрямів в ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ», приурочений до Дня туризму. Учасники заходу обговорювали сучасні підходи до підвищення ефективності освітніх програм, їх узгодження з глобальними цілями сталого розвитку та інтеграцію ціннісних орієнтирів в освітній процес.
Тренінг став важливим кроком у формуванні відповідального, екологічно свідомого та інноваційного освітнього середовища.
On September 27–28, 2025, within the framework of the international project «Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine», a general institution-wide training «Sustainable Development Goals as Value-Based Guidelines for the Development of Educational Directions at the ChITE SUTE» was held, timed to coincide with the Tourism Day.
The participants of the event discussed modern approaches to increasing the effectiveness of educational programs, their alignment with the global goals of sustainable development, and the integration of value-based guidelines into the educational process. The training was an important step in the formation of a responsible, environmentally conscious, and innovative educational environment.

On September 22, 2025, the LINKSROUACBE project working group discussed the details of the upcoming roundtable on the topic «HoReCa in Times of Challenges: Digitalization, Security, Recovery».
18 вересня 2025 року Ужгородський та Чернівецький торговельно-економічні інститути ДТЕУ провели спільний студентський круглий стіл на тему «Інновації транскордонного співробітництва в туризмі: освітні програми та цифровізація». Захід проведено у рамках міжнародного проєкту «Зв’язки між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні» (LINKSROUACBE), HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 та приурочено до Дня туризму.
Під час заходу обговорювали інноваційні підходи до освітнього процесу у сфері туризму, форми та методи транскордонної співпраці у сфері гостинності, розглянули роль діджиталізації у розвитку туризму й освіти. Студенти поділилися досвідом міжнародних практик.
Захід став платформою для жвавих дискусій, конструктивного діалогу та обміну ідеями, що відкривають нові перспективи розвитку транскордонного співробітництва в туризмі. Однією з найбільш цікавих ініціатив, озвучених під час круглого столу, стала пропозиція організувати вже наступного року спільний Фестиваль туризму, який об’єднає студентів, викладачів і представників туристичної галузі.
On September 18, 2025, the Uzhhorod and the Chernivtsi Institutes of Trade and Economics of SUTE held a joint student roundtable on the topic «Innovations in Cross-Border Cooperation in Tourism: Educational Programs and Digitalization». The event was held within the framework of the international project «Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine» (LINKSROUACBE), HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 and was timed to coincide with the Tourism Day.
During the event, innovative approaches to the educational process in the field of tourism, forms and methods of cross-border cooperation in the field of hospitality, and the role of digitalization in the development of tourism and education were discussed. Students shared their experience of international practices.
The event became a platform for lively discussions, constructive dialogue and exchange of ideas that open up new prospects for the development of cross-border cooperation in tourism. One of the most interesting initiatives announced during the roundtable was the proposal to organize a joint Tourism Festival next year, which would bring together students, teachers, and representatives of the tourism industry.
17 вересня 2025 року тренер-викладач Валерія Пенюк разом зі студенткою другого курсу освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» спеціальності «Логістика та управління ланцюгами постачання» розпочали підготовку наукового проєкту.
Результати роботи буде представлено 23 жовтня 2025 року під час XIII Буковинського студентського фестивалю науки.
Запропонований проєкт стане частиною міжнародної ініціативи HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043, яка має на меті створення платформи для ефективної співпраці студентства та бізнесу. Такий підхід сприятиме інтеграції освіти й підприємництва та формуванню сучасних моделей взаємодії.
On September 17, 2025, trainer and lecturer Valeriia Peniuk, together with a second-year Bachelor’s degree student majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, began work on a scientific project.
The results of this collaboration will be presented on October 23, 2025, at the XIII Bukovinian Student Science Festival.
The proposed project will be introduced within the framework of the international initiative HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043, which aims to create a platform fostering collaboration between students (education) and businesses (entrepreneurs). This approach is expected to strengthen the integration of academia and entrepreneurship and promote modern models of cooperation.

The 13th Bukovinian Student Science Festival will be held on October 23-24, 2025. The purpose of the Festival is to create conditions for the search and implementation of scientific initiatives of young people with entrepreneurial potential, as well as to acquire skills in generating such ideas and presenting them. The event is held within the framework of the international project "Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine" (LINKSROUACBE), HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 to promote research, innovation and cooperation between students and teachers from both countries.

On August 22, 2025, the ChITE SUTE announced an open tender (with specifics) for the purchase of data processing machines (monoblocks - PC All-in-One) within the framework of the implementation of the project HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 «Linking Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine».

Штефана чел Маре (Румунія) провів круглий стіл у рамках міжнародного проєкту «Зв’язки між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні» (LINKSROUACBE), HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 «Співпраця між бізнесом та академічними колами для розвитку навичок студентів: партнерство у створенні ефективних навчальних програм».
Головував проєктний менеджер LINKSROUACBE д.е.н., проф. Юрій Королюк, модератор – асистент менеджера к.е.н. Алла Шимко.
Захід розпочався привітаннями директора ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ Анатолія Вдовічена, Анамарії–Жаніни Маковей, проєктної менеджерки Сучавського університету Штефана чел Маре, і її асистентки Габріели Космулесе (USV, Румунія).
Координаторка досліджень проєкту Ольга Вдовічена, к.е.н., доцент, презентувала доповідь «Перспективи інтеграції цифрових технологій в освітній процес: адаптація до ринку праці». У дискусії взяли участь 27 представників місцевого самоврядування, освіти та бізнесу. Обговорювали складові сучасних освітніх програм ЧТЕІ, адаптованих до запитів ринку праці; інтеграцію передових інформаційних технологій в освітні процеси за допомогою створення онлайн-освітніх платформ; технічне й організаційне забезпечення інноваційної інформаційної інфраструктури у формі цифрових смарт-лабораторій ЗВО-партнерами.
On August 27, 2025, the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of the SUTE, in partnership with the Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava (Romania), held a round table as part of the international project «Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine» (LINKSROUACBE), HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 «Cooperation between business and academia for the development of student skills: partnership in the creation of effective training programs.»
The roundtable event was chaired by LINKSROUACBE project manager, Doctor of Economics, Prof. Yurii Koroliuk, and moderated by assistant manager, Candidate of Economics, Alla Shymko.
The event was opened with a welcome speech by the Director of the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of the State University of Trade and Economics, Prof. Anatolii Vdovichen, and by Anamaria-Geanina Macovei, PhD, from Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava (Romania), project manager at USV, the Leading Partner of the project.
Project research coordinator Olha Vdovichena, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, presented a report entitled «Prospects for the integration of digital technologies into the educational process: adaptation to the labor market.» The following people took part in the discussion 27 representatives of local government, education, and business.
The event participants discussed the components of modern educational programs at ChITE, adapted to the demands of the labor market; the integration of advanced information technologies into educational processes through the creation of online educational platforms; and the technical and organizational support of innovative information infrastructure in the form of digital smart laboratories by partner higher education institutions.
Рівень знайомства з ключовими технологіями залишається низьким і поверхневим. Навіть про ті інструменти, що вже активно використовуються у бізнесі (ERP, BigData, чат-боти, мобільні додатки), лише 10–15% респондентів заявили про достатній чи високий рівень знань.
1. Загальний рівень обізнаності – низький. Для більшості технологій понад 60–70% респондентів відзначили рівні 1–2 (зовсім не знайомий / незнайомий). Це свідчить про значний розрив між технологічними інноваціями та рівнем їх сприйняття аудиторією.
2. Найменше знайомі технології. Доповнена реальність (AR): 71% – рівні 1–2; Blockchain: 64% – рівні 1–2. Це означає, що навіть гучні тренди лишаються «технологіями майбутнього», поки що слабо зрозумілими більшості.
3. Схожа картина по «базових» цифрових інструментах. ERP-системи, мобільні додатки, чат-боти, CaseWare, BigData, ШІ – у середньому 63–66% респондентів не знайомі або мало знайомі. Навіть серед добре інтегрованих у бізнес технологій рівень глибокого знання рідко перевищує 12–13%.
4. Відносно краща ситуація. Віртуальна реальність (VR) – має трохи вищий показник знання: 14%. Це може бути пов’язано з активним застосуванням VR у навчанні та розвагах.
The level of familiarity with key technologies remains low and superficial. Even for those tools that are already actively used in business (ERP, BigData, chatbots, mobile applications), only 10–15% of respondents declared a sufficient or high level of knowledge.
1. The general level of awareness is low. For most technologies, more than 60–70% of respondents noted levels 1–2 (not at all familiar / unfamiliar). This indicates a significant gap between technological innovations and the level of their perception by the audience.
2. The least familiar technologies. Augmented Reality (AR): 71% - levels 1–2; Blockchain: 64% - levels 1–2. This means that even the loud trends remain «technologies of the future», still poorly understood by the majority.
3. A similar picture is observed for “basic” digital tools. ERP systems, mobile applications, chatbots, CaseWare, BigData, AI - on average 63–66% of respondents are not familiar or have little knowledge. Even among technologies well integrated into business, the level of deep knowledge rarely exceeds 12–13%.
4. The situation is relatively better. Virtual Reality (VR) – has a slightly higher level of awareness: 14%. This may be due to the active use of VR in education and entertainment.
Важливим показником у дослідженні стало визначення основних навичок для фахівців у найближчі 5 років.
1. Ключові компетенції майбутнього
- Аналітичне мислення (76,7%).
- Комунікація з AI-системами (62,8%).
- Робота з великими базами даних (56,5%).
2. Середня значущість
- Кібербезпека у фінансах (44,3%).
- Автоматизований облік (36,9%).
3. Дуже низька значущість
- Софт-скіли (0,6%) та критичне мислення / командна робота (0,3%). Парадоксально, але вони практично ігноруються респондентами, хоча в довгостроковій перспективі можуть залишатися важливими для лідерства і командної ефективності.
Ринок явно зосереджений на технічних і аналітичних навичках, особливо в поєднанні з роботою з ШІ та даними. Софт-скіли нині недооцінюються, проте у майбутньому можуть повернутися як фактор диференціації. Це створює ризики формування однобоких спеціалістів: висококваліфікованих у технічному плані, але слабких у комунікації, критичному мисленні та командній взаємодії. Така тенденція може знизити конкурентоспроможність на глобальному ринку праці, спричинити проблеми у командній роботі та зменшити гнучкість у кризових ситуаціях.
Вирішенням має стати інтеграція розвитку soft skills в освітні програми та професійну підготовку, щоб поєднати технологічну експертизу з «людським фактором». Це дозволить фахівцям ефективно застосовувати технології у складних і динамічних умовах.
The definition of the main skills for specialists in the next 5 years was a very important indicator in the study.
1. Key competencies of the future
- Analytical thinking (76.7%).
- Communication with AI systems (62.8%).
- Work with large databases (56.5%).
2. Medium importance
- Cybersecurity in finance (44.3%).
- Automated accounting (36.9%).
3. Very low importance
- Soft skills (0.6%) and critical thinking / teamwork (0.3%). Paradoxically, they are practically ignored by respondents, although in the long term they may remain important for leadership and team effectiveness.
The market is clearly focused on technical and analytical skills, especially in combination with work with AI and data. Soft skills are currently underestimated, but in the future they may return as a factor of differentiation. This creates the risk of creating one-sided specialists: highly qualified in technical terms, but weak in communication, critical thinking and team interaction. Such a trend can reduce competitiveness in the global labor market, cause problems in teamwork and reduce flexibility in crisis situations.
The solution should be to integrate the development of soft skills into educational programs and professional training to combine technological expertise with the “human factor”. This will allow specialists to effectively apply technologies in complex and dynamic conditions.
Продовжуємо публікувати результати дослідження, проведеного у межах проєкту LINKSROUACBE. Розглянемо технології, які, на думку респондентів, мають найбільше значення для майбутнього професійної галузі.
Абсолютні лідери: штучний інтелект і машинне навчання (58,5%) – головний драйвер інновацій, формує тренди майбутнього. Аналітика даних / BI (55,7%) підтверджує зростання ролі прийняття рішень на основі даних.
Сильний тренд: генеративний ШІ (48,9%) стрімко набирає популярність завдяки ChatGPT-подібним рішенням. Цифровий маркетинг (41,5%) та автоматизація процесів (41,2%) – фокус на клієнтоорієнтованості й оптимізації витрат.
Середній рівень значущості: візуалізація даних (39,8%), кібербезпека у фінтех (37,8%), хмарні сервіси (31,8%). Важливі як інфраструктурна та захисна основа.
Низька значущість: CRM (25,3%), чатботи (21,6%), фінтех-рішення (15,3%), ERP (13,1%). Вважаються базовими чи другорядними інструментами.
Мінімальний вплив: інші технології (0,9%). Застосовуються локально й точково.
Отже, бізнес і ринок інновацій рухаються у напрямку ШІ, аналітики та автоматизації, тоді як класичні інструменти (CRM, ERP) сприймаються як обов’язковий, але не стратегічний базис.
We continue publishing the results of the study conducted within the framework of the LINKSROUACBE project. Let's consider the technologies that, according to respondents, are of the top importance for the future of the relevant professional industry.
Absolute leaders: artificial intelligence and machine-aided learning (58.5%) - the main driver of innovations, shaping future trends. Data analytics / BI (55.7%) confirms the growing role of data-based decision-making.
Strong trend: generative AI (48.9%) is rapidly gaining popularity thanks to Chat GPT-like solutions. Digital marketing (41.5%) and process automation (41.2%) focus on customer orientation and cost optimization.
Medium level of importance: data visualization (39.8%), cybersecurity in fintech (37.8%), cloud services (31.8%). They are important as an infrastructural and protective foundation.
Low importance: CRM (25.3%), chat bots (21.6%), fintech solutions (15.3%), ERP (13.1%). They are considered to be basic or secondary tools.
Minimal impact: other technologies (0.9%). They are applied locally and point-by-point.
Thus, business and the innovation market are moving towards AI, analytics and automation, while classic tools (CRM, ERP) are perceived as a mandatory, but not a strategic basis.

On August 14, 2025, the Chernivtsi Regional Public Organization «Bukovyna Agency for Initiatives and Development» was recognized to be the winner of the procurement of services for organizing a Round Table in cooperation with the business environment within the framework of the implementation of the project HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 «Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine». A Procurement Agreement was concluded with the winner.
Тьютори проєкту LINKSROUACBE Анатолій Вдовічен, Конон Багрій та Ольга Вдовічена готують наукову публікацію «Вплив глобальних цифрових трансформацій на розвиток бухгалтерського обліку» для подання у наукові журнали категорії «Б». У дослідженні наведено комплексний аналіз розвитку бухгалтерського обліку в контексті глобальних цифрових трансформацій, які суттєво змінюють традиційні підходи до облікових процесів. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю адаптації існуючих міжнародних стандартів бухгалтерського обліку до нових умов цифрової економіки, що передбачає впровадження сучасних технологій, таких як блокчейн, штучний інтелект та автоматизовані системи обробки даних.
LINKSROUACBE project tutors Anatolii Vdovichen, Konon Bagrii and Olha Vdovichena are preparing a scientific publication «The Impact of Global Digital Transformations on the Development of Accounting» for submission to scientific «B»-category journals. The study provides a comprehensive analysis of the development of accounting in the context of global digital transformations, which significantly change traditional approaches to accounting processes. The relevance of the study is due to the need to adapt existing international accounting standards to the new conditions of the digital economy, involving the implementation of modern technologies, such as blockchain, artificial intelligence and automated data processing systems.

Визначено список запрошених роботодавців і представників влади, місцевого самоврядування й освіти, теми доповідей.
On August 5, 2025, the working group of the LINKSROUACBE project met to discuss the details of organizing the Round Table «Collaboration between business and academia to develop student skills: partnerships in creating effective curricula». The list of invited business employers, representatives of government, local government and educational institutions and the topics of reports had been determined.

By August 1, 2025, the CHITE SUTE has announced an open tender (with specifics) for the payment for the provision of services to organize the exhibitions/fairs and congresses within the framework of the implementation of the project HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 «Links Between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine».
Лабораторія семінарського типу на 27 місць призначена для проведення семінарів, презентацій, аналізу кейсів, дискусій і мозкових штурмів, а також роботи з інтерактивними дисплеями, проекторами, цифровими платформами.
Навчання у цій лабораторії сприятиме розвитку критичного мислення, комунікаційних та аналітичних здібностей студентів, вирішення ними складних завдань й адаптації до цифрового середовища.
The seminar-type laboratory with 27 seats is designed for conducting seminars, presentations, case analysis, discussions, and brainstorming, as well as working with interactive displays, projectors, and digital platforms. Training in this laboratory will contribute to the development of students' critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills, solving complex problems, and adapting to the digital environment.
Лабораторія прикладного моделювання створена для розвитку прикладних цифрових і технічних навичок студентів шляхом практичного застосування теоретичних знань.
Під час навчання вони матимуть змогу використовувати сучасне спеціалізоване програмне забезпечення для моделювання, обробки даних, розробки цифрових рішень; створення індивідуальних і командних проєктів, тестування ІТ-продуктів, виконання лабораторних робіт. Має 16 робочих місць.
Студенти отримають практичний досвід у технологічно безпечному, ергономічному середовищі з якісним обладнанням.
The Applied Modeling Laboratory is designed to develop students' applied digital and technical skills through the practical application of theoretical knowledge. During their studies, they will be able to use modern specialized software for modeling, data processing, developing digital solutions; creating individual and team projects, testing IT products, and performing laboratory work. It has 16 workplaces. Students will gain practical experience in a technologically safe, ergonomic environment with high-quality equipment.
Учасники проєкту LINKSROUACBE зустрілись 31 липня 2025 року, щоб оглянути відремонтовані приміщення. Оновлено оздоблення стін, встановлено усе необхідне обладнання і жалюзі. Усі роботи ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ виконав за власні кошти.
The participants of the LINKSROUACBE project met on July 31, 2025 to inspect the renovated premises. The wall decoration was updated, all necessary equipment and blinds were installed. All work was carried out by the ChTEI SUTE at its own expense.
Підсумки дослідження у межах проєкту LINKSROUACBE:
- аудиторія респондентів неоднорідна, що формує потребу у різнорівневих освітніх ресурсах;
- участь у міжнародних освітніх програмах довела свою практичну цінність, що стимулює попит на подальший розвиток подібних ініціатив;
- традиційні форми навчання поступово зміщуються у бік онлайн-курсів та змішаних форматів, що відображає глобальну тенденцію цифровізації освіти;
- користувачі найчастіше використовують платформи, які поєднують зручні інструменти для комунікації та класичні функції LMS;
- масові онлайн-курси активно застосовуються для самоосвіти, але це лише додатковий ресурс, а не основний інструмент навчання.
Сучасні платформи нового покоління поступово набирають популярності, хоча поки що не мають такого охоплення, як традиційні рішення.
Results of the research within the framework of the LINKSROUACBE project:
- the audience of respondents is heterogeneous, which forms the need for multi-level educational resources;
- participation in international educational programs has proven its practical value, which stimulates the demand for the further development of such initiatives;
- traditional forms of learning are gradually shifting towards online courses and blended formats, which reflects the global trend of digitalization of education;
- users most often use platforms that combine convenient communication tools and classic LMS functions;
- mass online courses are actively used for self-education, but this is only an additional resource, not the main learning tool.
Modern new generation platforms are gradually gaining popularity, although they do not yet have the same reach as traditional solutions.
Проведено дослідження функцій міжнародної онлайн-платформи для спільного навчання. Найбільш популярними є відеолекції/вебінари і доступ до навчальних матеріалів. Онлайн-тести та іспити допомагають студентам контролювати прогрес. Форуми/чати для обговорення дуже важливі для обміну думками та дискусій, як і спільні проєкти між студентами та платформа для обміну досвідом.
Низький інтерес респонденти виявили до академічного менторства і гейміфікації.
Отже, для успішної міжнародної онлайн-платформи варто першочергово зосередитися на контенті (відео + матеріали), тестуванні та інструментах для співпраці.
A study of the functions of an international online platform for collaborative learning was conducted. The most popular ones include video lectures/webinars and access to educational materials. Online tests and exams help students monitor progress. Discussion forums/chats are very important for exchanging ideas and discussions, as are joint projects between students and a platform for sharing experiences.
Respondents showed low interest in academic mentoring and gamification.
Therefore, it is worth focusing primarily on content (video + materials), testing and collaboration tools for a successful international online platform.
У дослідженні проведено аналіз найбільш відомих онлайн-платформ. Основний досвід респондентів зосереджений навколо Google Workspace, Moodle та Microsoft Teams, тоді як інші інструменти виконують допоміжну або додаткову роль.
Найбільшу частку складають універсальні інструменти для комунікації та роботи з документами (Google Workspace, Teams). Moodle залишається ключовою LMS для освітніх установ. Платформи масових онлайн-курсів (Coursera, edX, Prometheus) активно використовуються, але більше як додаткові ресурси. Canvas і Blackboard мають менше охоплення, хоча Canvas поступово набирає популярність. Інші сервіси (Zoom, Discord тощо) сприймаються радше як допоміжні, а не основні освітні платформи.
The study analyzed the most popular online platforms. The main experience of respondents is centered around Google Workspace, Moodle and Microsoft Teams, while other tools play a supporting or additional role.
The largest share includes universal tools for communication and work with documents (Google Workspace, Teams). Moodle remains the key LMS for educational institutions. Platforms for mass online courses (Coursera, edX, Prometheus) are actively used, but more as additional resources. Canvas and Blackboard have less coverage, although Canvas is gradually gaining popularity. Other services (Zoom, Discord, etc.) are perceived as supporting rather than main educational platforms.
Під час дослідження у межах проєкту LINKSROUACBE (ID HUSKROUA/23/23/RS/3.1/043) професійний досвід за спеціальністю у респондентів розподілився наступним чином: найбільшу кількість займають опитувані, досвід яких за спеціальністю більш як 10 років (44,3%), а також ті, у яких досвід відсутній (26,1%).
Із загальної кількості респондентів 55,1% брали участь у міжнародних освітніх програмах (онлайн-курсах, підвищення кваліфікації тощо) або проєктах, у 44,9 % такого досвіду немає. Використовувані форми навчання: очне (67,3%), онлайн-курси (55,1%), змішане (офлайн/онлайн) навчання (45,2%), програми обміну між студентами/академічною спільнотою (24,4%).
Більша частина опитаних (96,3%) визначила отримані там теоретичні знання корисними в практичній діяльності.
During the research within the framework of the LINKSROUACBE project (ID HUSKROUA/23/23/RS/3.1/043), the professional experience in the relevant specialty of the respondents was distributed as follows: the largest number is occupied by respondents with experience in the specialty of more than 10 years (44.3%), as well as those who have no experience (26.1%).
Of the total number of respondents, 55.1% participated in international educational programs (online courses, advanced training, etc.) or projects, 44.9% do not have such experience. The forms of education used: full-time (67.3%), online courses (55.1%), blended (offline/online) learning (45.2%), exchange programs between students/academic community (24.4%).
The majority of respondents (96.3%) identified the theoretical knowledge obtained there as useful in practical activities.

The tutors of the LINKSROUACBE project are preparing scientific publications in scientific journals of category «B». One of them is «The Role and Importance of Digital Communications in the Tourism Sector», authors – Valeria Peniuk and Vasyl Kyfyak. Their study examines the role and importance of digital communications in the tourism sector. The emphasis is on how online platforms, social networks and digital marketing influence customer behavior and the promotion of the tourism destination. The effectiveness of digital tools in increasing tourist engagement, improving the accessibility of services and strengthening the competitiveness of tourism enterprises is analyzed.

Завершується ремонт двох навчальних просторів проєкту LINKSROUACBE. В аудиторіях встановлено нове електроосвітлення з LED-лампами, розетки, роутери та проведено компʼютерні мережі.
The renovation of two educational spaces of the LINKSROUACBE project is being completed. New electric lighting with LED lamps, sockets, routers and computer networks have been installed in the classrooms.

Покликана забезпечити високоякісну підготовку студентів, розвиток цифрових компетентностей, підтримку транскордонної міжуніверситетської співпраці та створення умов для гнучкого навчання, заснованого на активних методах і тісному зв’язку з практикою. Складається з двох спеціалізованих навчально-дослідницьких просторів, кожен із яких має чітко окреслену функціональність відповідно до цілей проєкту LINKSROUACBE.
The integrated Smart Digital Lab was created within the framework of the LINKSROUACBE project (ID HUSKROUA/23/23/RS/3.1/043) and is a structural unit of the ChITE SUTE. It is designed to ensure high-quality training of students, the development of digital competencies, support cross-border inter-university cooperation and create conditions for flexible learning based on active methods and close connection with practice. It consists of two specialized educational and research spaces, each of which has clearly defined functionality in accordance with the goals of the LINKSROUACBE project.
15 липня 2025 року відбулась зустріч учасників робочої групи проєкту LINKSROUACBE. Обговорювали організацію круглого столу «Співпраця між бізнесом та академічними колами для розвитку навичок студентів: партнерство в створенні ефективних навчальних програм». Визначено дату, формат заходу та ін.
On July 15, 2025, a meeting of the participants of the LINKSROUACBE project work group took place. The organization of the round table «Cooperation between business and academia for the development of students' skills: a partnership in creating effective curricula» was discussed. The date and format issues of the event, etc. were determined.
Професійний досвід за спеціальністю розподілився таким чином: наявність серед респондентів 26,1% осіб без досвіду за спеціальністю вказує на потребу у програмах, які допоможуть здобути практичні навички та швидко адаптуватися до вимог ринку праці. Водночас групи з досвідом понад 10 років (5,1%) та 6–10 років (5,1%) можуть стати важливими носіями експертної інформації та наставниками для молодших колег.
Таким чином, вибірка є репрезентативною для аналізу освітніх стратегій у транскордонному регіоні, адже вона відображає одночасно потреби початківців, досвідчених фахівців і академічної спільноти. Це дозволяє розробляти рекомендації, які будуть релевантними для різних груп користувачів і максимально ефективними у впровадженні сучасних освітніх і цифрових рішень.
Professional experience by specialty was distributed as follows: the presence of 26.1% of respondents without experience in their specialty indicates the need for programs that will help to acquire practical skills and quickly adapt to the requirements of the labor market. At the same time, groups with experience of over 10 years (5.1%) and 6–10 years (5.1%) can become important carriers of expert information and mentors for younger colleagues. Thus, the sample is representative for the analysis of educational strategies in the cross-border region, as it simultaneously reflects the needs of beginners, experienced specialists and the academic community. This allows us to develop recommendations that will be relevant for different groups of users and most effective in implementing modern educational and digital solutions.
Цікаво, що серед опитаних помітно виділяються групи, які можна об’єднати за віком 46-60 років. Їх активна участь у дослідженні свідчить про те, що інтерес до навчання не зникає з роками, навпаки – щораз більше людей прагнуть реалізовувати своє право на освіту впродовж життя. Це надзвичайно важливо в умовах, коли ринок праці змінюється швидше, ніж встигає оновлюватись резюме.
Вікова структура, де переважає молодь до 25 років (33,8%), та група 46–60 років (26,1%) свідчить про високий інтерес до навчання як у тих, хто тільки починає професійний шлях, так і в тих, хто вже має значний життєвий та професійний досвід. Така комбінація показує, що освіта впродовж життя перестає бути винятком і стає нормою, особливо у світі швидких технологічних та економічних змін.
Більшість опитаних були з України – 98,9%, серед них 61,1 % жінки та 38,9% чоловіки. 51,4 % мають незакінчену вищу освіту (студенти бакалаврату та магістратури); 36,4% мають науковий ступінь; 12, 2% - вищу освіту. Поєднання двох найбільших груп – студентів (42,3%) і викладачів/науковців (45,5%) – створює унікальний двосторонній погляд на освітній процес: з боку тих, хто навчається, і тих, хто формує навчальні програми. Це дає змогу краще виявити прогалини між теорією та практикою, а також узгодити підходи до впровадження сучасних цифрових рішень.
Quite interesting, among the respondents, groups that can be combined by age 46-60 stand out noticeably. Their active participation in the study indicates that interest in learning does not disappear over the years, on the contrary - more and more people seek to exercise their right to education throughout life. This is extremely important in conditions when the labor market changes faster than resumes can be updated. The age structure, dominated by young people under 25 (33.8%), and the group of 46–60 years old (26.1%) indicates a high interest in learning both among those who are just starting their professional path and those who already have significant life and professional experience. This combination shows that lifelong learning is no longer the exception but the norm, especially in a world of rapid technological and economic change. The majority of respondents were from Ukraine – 98.9%, of whom 61.1% were women and 38.9% were men. 51.4% had incomplete higher education (Bachelor’s and Master’s degree students); 36.4% had a scientific degree; 12.2% had higher education. The combination of the two largest groups – students (42.3%) and teachers/scientists (45.5%) – creates a unique two-sided view of the educational process: from the side of those who study and those who shape curricula. This makes it possible to better identify gaps between theory and practice, as well as to coordinate approaches to the implementation of modern digital solutions.
У межах проєкту LINKSROUACBE (ID HUSKROUA/23/23/RS/3.1/043) проводилось дослідження, як зробити навчання ще більш ефективним й сучасним. Його мета – знайти найкращі цифрові інструменти й рішення, щоб підвищити якість підготовки студентів, адаптувати програми до потреб сучасного ринку праці та розвивати цифрові навички майбутніх економістів.
На сьогодні в дослідженні взяло участь 352 учасника, більшість з яких – віком до 25 років (33,8%).
Отримана вибірка є цінною для аналізу, оскільки охоплює широкий спектр вікових категорій, професійних статусів і рівнів досвіду, що дає змогу комплексно оцінити потреби в освіті та цифрових інструментах.
As part of the LINKSROUACBE project (ID HUSKROUA/23/23/RS/3.1/043), a study on how to make training even more effective and modern was conducted. Its goal is to find the best digital tools and solutions to improve the quality of student training, adapt programs to the needs of the modern labor market, and develop the digital skills of future economists.
To date, 352 participants have participated in the study, most of whom are under 25 years old (33.8%).

10 липня 2025 року відбулася зустріч учасників робочої групи LINKSROUACBE щодо узгодження закупівлі і встановлення необхідного обладнання для проведення ремонту приміщення цифрової лабораторії.
On July 10, 2025, a meeting of the LINKSROUACBE working group members was held to agree on the purchase and installation of the necessary equipment for the renovation of the digital laboratory premises.
Наразі активні роботи тривають в аудиторії 202 на першому поверсі корпусу №1 ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ, який розташований у м. Чернівцях за адресою: Центральна площа, 7. Ведеться підготовка до оздоблювальних робіт у приміщенні. Заплановано встановити нове електроосвітлення з LED-лампами й оновити аудиторію.
Простір хочуть перетворити на сучасне, комфортне та безпечне навчальне середовище з оновленим освітленням і спеціальними оздоблювальними матеріалами.
Currently, active work is fulfilled in the room No.202 on the first floor of building No. 1 of the ChITE SUTE, located in the Chernivtsi city at the following address: 7, Central Square. The workers fulfil preparational works for painting works in the room. It is planned to install new electric lighting with LED lamps and update the room.
The space is to be transformed into a modern, comfortable and safe learning environment with updated lighting and special finishing materials.
У ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ 1 липня 2025 року розпочався ремонт приміщення для майбутньої цифрової лабораторії. Ремонт є частиною міжнародного проєкту LINKSROUACBE «Зв'язок між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні» (HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043), який реалізується за підтримки Євросоюзу. Роботи розпочалися у червні і триватимуть до кінця липня.
On July 1, 2025 the renovation of the premises for the future digital laboratory has begun at the CHITE SUTE. The renovation is part of the international project LINKSROUACBE «Linking Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine» (HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043), which is implemented with the support of the European Union. The work began in June and will continue until the end of July.

In order to provide high-quality training of the students, develop digital competencies, support cross-border inter-university cooperation and create conditions for flexible learning based on active methods and close connection with practice, as well as to implement the objectives of the grant Project LINKSROUACBE (ID HUSKROUA/23/23/RS/3. 1/043), the document Regulations on the Integrated Digital Smart Laboratory of the ChITE SUTE was developed, approved and put into effect (Decision of the Academic Council of the ChITE SUTE dated June 26, 2025, Resolution No. 8/12), Order of the ChITE SUTE No.4 dated June 26, 2025).

Директор Анатолій Вдовічен, заступник директора Василь Кифяк і професор Юрій Королюк приймали гостей – голову правління Міжбанківської валютної біржі, голову наглядової ради ЗНУ, ексголову правління ВАТ «Ощадбанк», д.е..н. Анатолія Гулея та начальника Головного управління Пенсійного фонду України в Чернівецькій області Ігоря Богатирця.
Анатолій Гулей, як колишній випускник ЧТЕІ, зацікавлений у покращенні якості освіти альма-матері, ініціював обговорення питання практичної фінансової освіти, зокрема проходження практики студентами і випускниками ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ, у названих закладах та установах.
На зустрічі гостям також презентували міжнародний проєкт LINKSROUACBE «Зв'язок між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні» (HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043) й обговорили можливості співпраці у рамках проєкту.
On June 26, 2025, an important meeting was held at the CHITE SUTE for the future improvement of the quality of education and practice. Director Anatolii Vdovichen, Deputy Director Vasyl Kyfyak and Professor Yurii Koroliuk received guests - Chairman of the Board of the Interbank Currency Exchange, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ZNU, former Chairman of the Board of OAO Oschadbank, Doctor of Economics Anatolii Hulei and Head of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Chernivtsi region Ihor Bohatyrets. Anatolii Hulei, as a former graduate of ChITE, interested in improving the quality of education at his alma mater, initiated a discussion of the issue of practical financial education, in particular, internships for students and graduates of the ChITE SUTE, in the aforementioned institutions and organizations. On June 26, 2025, a round table «Education related to the labor market – the connection between theory and practice» was held. The theme of the event was education focused on results - partnerships for effective design and development of university curricula. The head of the LINKSROUACBE project PhD, Professor of the CHITE SUTE Yurii Koroliuk was the moderator of the round table. The partners from Romania were represented by Marian Sokoliuc, Vice Dean of the Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava, and practicing entrepreneurs. Yurii Koroliuk's report concerned the development of practical competencies of students of economic specialties using the example of the implementation of the project. Olha Vdovichena, Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of Economics of the SUTE, reported on the study of the features of integrating the latest digital technologies into the educational process in the field of Economics.

LINKSROUACBE Project Financial Manager Valentyna Bachenina and Procurement Manager Ivanna Ponych are working on the selection process, conditions, tender announcement for equipment and ergonomic furniture, as well as services related to the organization of events in cooperation with the business environment within the framework of the LINKSROUACBE project.
20 червня 2025 року робоча група проєкту LINKSROUACBE зібралась для обговорення деталей організації круглого столу з роботодавцями «Освіта, пов’язана з ринком праці – зв’язок між теорією та практикою».
Обговорювали формат заходу, теми доповідей, список запрошених гостей з роботодавців і представників академічного середовища.
Захід має на меті посилити діалог між інститутом і ринком праці, щоб розробити інститутську навчальну програму, адаптовану до реальних потреб роботодавців і вимог сучасної економіки.
On June 20, 2025, the LINKSROUACBE project working group met to discuss the details of organizing a Round Table with employers «Education related to the labor market - the connection between theory and practice». The format of the event, the topics of the reports, the list of invited guests from employers and representatives of the academic environment were discussed.
The event aims to strengthen the dialogue between the institute and the labor market in order to develop a institute curriculum adapted to the real needs of employers and the requirements of the modern economy.
Проведено робочу нараду з питань закупівель меблів та обладнання для облаштування цифрової лабораторії. Також обговорено складнощі закупівельного процесу (обсяг, кількість проведень тощо).
The working meeting on the procurement of furniture and equipment for the arrangement of the digital laboratory was held. The complexities of the procurement process (volume, number of times, etc.) were also discussed.
У рамках зустрічі проаналізовано роботу кожного учасника проєкту LINKSROUACBE і сформовано план і завдання на наступний квартал:
- підготовка наукової публікації у Scopus за результатами дослідження;
- розробка та впровадження в дію положення про цифрову лабораторію;
- створення цифрової платформи в інтерактивний спосіб;
- обговорення проведення конференції тощо.
The meeting analyzed the work of each participant in the LINKSROUACBE project and formed a plan and tasks for the next quarter:
- preparation of a scientific publication in Scopus based on the results of the study;
- development and implementation of the regulation on the digital laboratory;
- creation of a digital platform in an interactive way;
- discussion of the conference, etc.

У рамках конференції відбулась робоча зустріч зі співвиконавцями (представниками головного партнера) грантового проєкту Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-border Education in Romania and Ukraine (LINKSROUACBE, ID: HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043), що фінансується Європейським Союзом у рамках Програми Interreg VI-A NEXT «Угорщина – Словаччина – Румунія – Україна 2021–2027». На ній обговорили структуру цифрової інтегрованої лабораторії.
As part of the conference, a working meeting was held with the co-implementers (representatives of the Lead Partner) of the grant project «Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-border Education in Romania and Ukraine» (LINKSROUACBE, ID: HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043), funded by the European Union under the Interreg VI-A NEXT Program «Hungary - Slovakia - Romania - Ukraine 2021-2027». The structure of the digital integrated laboratory was discussed at the meeting.
5 червня 2025 року делегація науковців Чернівецького торговельно-економічного інституту ДТЕУ взяла участь у Міжнародній економічній конференції «Виклики та можливості для сталого розвитку», що відбулася в Сучавському університеті імені Штефана чел Маре (м. Сучава, Румунія).
Під час пленарного засідання учасники мали нагоду почути цікаві та змістовні доповіді науковців з Кіпру, Швеції, Австрії, Італії, Литви та Румунії.
Основними темами обговорення стали цифрові інновації у підприємництві, соціальне та неопідприємництво, дослідження підприємницьких компетенцій у європейських університетах.
Конференція стала чудовою платформою для обміну досвідом, встановлення нових академічних контактів й обговорення сучасних викликів сталого розвитку.
On June 5, 2025, a delegation of scientists from the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of the SUTE participated in the NEO Entrepreneurship Conference «Challenges and Opportunities for a Sustainable Development» which was held at the Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava (Suceava, Romania). During the plenary session, the participants had the opportunity to hear interesting and meaningful reports of the scientists from Cyprus, Sweden, Austria, Italy, Lithuania and Romania. The main topics of discussion were digital innovations in entrepreneurship, social and neo-entrepreneurship, and research on entrepreneurial competencies in European universities. The conference became an excellent platform for exchanging experiences, establishing new academic contacts, and discussing contemporary challenges of sustainable development.

30 травня 2025 року у Чернівецькому торговельно-економічному інституті ДТЕУ відбулась важлива зустріч у межах реалізації Цілей сталого розвитку, а саме цілі 11 «Сталий розвиток міст та спільнот», цілі 17 «Партнерство заради сталого розвитку». Інститут приймав делегацію з Богодухівського району м. Харкова, до складу якої увійшли представники освіти, місцевого самоврядування, добровольці та керівництво ГО «Захист заради перемоги».
Гості ознайомились з досвідом провадження освітнього процесу з використанням інноваційних технологій й прослухали лекцію-знайомство з туристичними можливостями Чернівецької області. Також учасники робочої групи LINKSROUACBE презентували грантовий проєкт «Зв'язок між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні», HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043, фінансований Європейським Союзом, та запропонували їм пройти анкетування щодо інтеграції новітніх цифрових технологій в освітній процес у галузі економіки у рамках цього проєкту.
На завершення господарі і гості з Харківщини обмінялись ідеями щодо розвитку громад.
Дякуємо учасникам за плідну співпрацю, відкритість до нових знань та щире зацікавлення розвитком освітньої та туристичної сфер регіону!

В ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ їм презентували проєкт «Зв'язок між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні» LINKSROUACBE HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 і запропонували пройти анкетування щодо інтеграції новітніх цифрових технологій в освітній процес у галузі економіки.
A delegation from the Bohodukhiv district of Kharkiv, which included representatives of education, local self -government, volunteers and the management of NGO «Protection for the sake of victory», visited Chernivtsi on May 30, 2025. In ChITE SUTE, they were presented with a project «The Relationship between Theory and Practice in Cross -Border Education in Romania and Ukraine» Linksrouacbe Huskroua/23/Rs/3.1/043 and proposed to undergo a questionnaire on the integration of the latest digital technologies in the educational process in the economy.
Для реалізації міжнародного проєкту LINKSROUACBE «Зв’язки між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні» проводиться дослідження інтеграції новітніх цифрових технологій в освітній процес у галузі економіки, в рамках якого проводиться відкрите анкетування. To implement the international project LINKSROUACBE «Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine», the participants conduct a study on the integration of the latest digital technologies into the educational process in the field of Economics, within the framework of which an open questionnaire is being conducted. У рамках проєкту LINKSROUACBE «Зв’язки між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні» 27 травня 2025 року у ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ відбулася студентська наукова інтернет-конференція іноземними мовами «Financial-economic and accounting-analytical principles of regional development: threats and challenges / Фінансово-економічні та обліково-аналітичні засади розвитку регіонів: загрози та виклики». Організатор – кафедра фінансів, обліку і оподаткування ЧТЕІ на чолі із доцентом Кононом Багрієм, тьютором робочої групи проєкту LINKSROUACBE.
Мета заходу – сприяння розвитку наукової діяльності студентської молоді, обговорення актуальних проблем фінансово-економічного розвитку регіонів і формування іншомовних комунікативних компетентностей студентів економічних спеціальностей.
Відкрив захід професор Василь Кифяк, який наголосив на актуальності теми і підкреслив важливість презентації наукових здобутків іноземними мовами. Студенти виступили з цікавими доповідями англійською та німецькою мовами.
Спілкування науковців і студентів інституту саме в такому форматі є надзвичайно корисним, оскільки майбутні фахівці уже сьогодні можуть визначити нові виклики сучасності, а отримані нові знання та професійний досвід сприятимуть розвитку лідерських якостей у майбутніх фахівців.
As part of the LINKSROUACBE project «Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine», on May 27, 2025, the Student Scientific Internet Conference in foreign languages «Financial-Economic and Accounting-Analytical Principles of Regional Development: Threats and Challenges» was held at the ChITE SUTE. It was organized by the Department of Finance, Accounting and Taxation of ChITE, headed by Associate Professor Konon Bahriy, trainer of the LINKSROUACBE project working group.
The purpose of the event is to promote the development of scientific activity of student youth, discuss current problems of financial and economic development of regions, and form foreign language communicative competences of students of economic specialties.
The event was opened by Professor Vasyl Kyfyak, who emphasized the relevance of the topic and the importance of presenting scientific achievements in foreign languages. Students presented interesting reports in English and German.
Communication between scientists and students of the institute in this format is extremely useful, since future specialists can already identify new challenges of our modern time, and the new knowledge and professional experience gained will contribute to the development of leadership qualities in future specialists.

Другий день Міжнародної науково-практичної конференції «Модернізація управління соціально-економічним розвитком регіону в умовах євроінтеграції» пройшов 16 травня 2025 року у Сучавському університеті імені Штефана чел Маре (USV) в Румунії. Делегація ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ разом з учасниками з інших міст і навчальних закладів відвідала його для продовження роботи конференції.
Директор Анатолій Вдовічен, заступник директор Василь Кифяк і доцент (заступник директора Чернівецького регіонального центру підвищення кваліфікації) Сергій Гакман провели офіційну зустріч-знайомство з проректором з наукової роботи Сучавського університету Ауреліаном Ротару. Запрошеним гостем став експерт Європейського Союзу з питань розвитку сфери гостинності Іоан Іцко.
Конференцію розпочав професор Маріан Соколюк, заступник декана факультету економіки і адміністрування бізнесу USV, який привітав гостей та підкреслив важливість транскордонного співробітництва. Панельні дискусії щодо системи вищої освіти в Румунії, різноманітних програм підготовки, організації й інтернаціоналізації освітнього процесу й освітніх можливостей проходили надзвичайно активно й цікаво.
Учасники конференції також мали змогу взяти участь у роботі проєкту «Зв’язки між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні» (ID: HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043). Проєктні менеджери доктор Аннамарія–Жаніна Маковей і професор ЧТЕІ Юрій Королюк разом зі своїми групами виконавців проєкту з України й Румунії провели панельні дискусії на теми обміну досвідом реалізації європейських грантових проєктів (ERASMUS+, INTERREG та ін.), інноваційних бізнес-технологій і міжнародної співпраці у підготовці фахівців нового покоління. Др. Вероніка Гросу акцентувала увагу на ролі проєкту у розвитку сучасної освіти через впровадження SmartLab та колабораційної цифрової платформи.
Учасники проєкту з ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ ознайомилися з кампусом USV і відвідали основні освітні та дослідницькі простори.
The second day of the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Modernization of the Management of the Socio-Economic Development of the Region in the Conditions of European Integration» was held on May 16, 2025 at the Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava (USV) in Romania.
Director Anatolii Vdovichen, Deputy Director Vasyl Kyfyak and Associate Professor (Deputy Director of the Chernivtsi Regional Center for Advanced Training) Serhii Hakman held an official meeting-acquaintance with the Vice-Rector for Scientific Work of the University of Suceava Aurelian Rotaru. Ioan Itsko, the European Union expert on the development of the hospitality sector, was the invited guest of the conference.
The conference was opened by Professor Marian Socoliuc, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of USV, who welcomed the guests and emphasized the importance of cross-border cooperation. Panel discussions on the higher education system in Romania, various training programs, organization and internationalization of the educational process and educational opportunities were extremely active and interesting.
The conference participants also had the opportunity to participate in the work of the project «Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine» (ID: HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043). Project managers Dr. Annamaria-Geanina Macovei and Professor of the ChITE Yurii Koroliuk, together with their groups of project implementers from Ukraine and Romania, held panel discussions on the topics of exchanging experience in implementing European grant projects (ERASMUS+, INTERREG, etc.), innovative business technologies and international cooperation in training new generation specialists. Dr. Veronica Grosu focused on the role of the project in the development of modern education through the implementation of SmartLab and a collaborative digital platform.
Project participants from ChITE SUTE explored the USV campus and visited the main educational and research spaces.

Брашов, Румунія), та Іоан Іцко, експерт Європейського Союзу з питань розвитку сфери гостинності.
У конференції взяла участь команда нашого партнера з міжнародного проєкту «Зв’язки між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні» (ID – HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043) – Сучавського університету ім. Штефана чел Маре на чолі із заступником декана професором Маріаном Соколюком.

On May 15, 2025 the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Modernization of Management of Socio-Economic Development of the Region in the Conditions of European Integration» was held at the ChITE SUTE. Scientists from Ukraine, Romania, Poland and Uzbekistan took part in the conference.
The conference was welcomed by the Rector of SUTE Anatoliy Mazaraki, representatives of the Chernivtsi city authorities, the Consul General of Romania in Chernivtsi (Ukraine) Irina-Loredana Stenculescu, ‘Stefan cel Mare’ University of Suceava, Vice-Rector Prof.Stefan Purici, Ph.D (Suceava, Romania), Professors Bohdan Vladarchek (Lodz, Poland), Nicolae Marinescu (Brasov, Romania) and Ioan Itsko, an expert of the European Union on the development of the hospitality sector.
The conference was attended by the team of our partner from the international project «Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine» (ID – HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043) – the Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava, led by the Deputy Dean, Professor Marian Socoliuc.
At the plenary session, scientists presented their reports, shared best practices in various fields, and discussed the prospects for the development of cross-border cooperation in education.
The goals of the LINKSROUACBE project are the modernization and Europeanization of higher education in the region, so this conference is an important stage in strengthening the Romanian-Ukrainian partnership.
8 травня 2025 року заступник директора з науково-методичної роботи, міжнародних зв’язків та інноваційного розвитку ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ Василь Кифяк взяв участь у засіданні Координаційної ради з питань розвитку туризму Чернівецької обласної військової адміністрації. Серед учасників — представники місцевої влади, бізнесу та громадськості.
Під час виступу Василь Кифяк наголосив, що підготовка якісних кадрів для готельного, ресторанного та туристичного бізнесу є критично важливою для сталого розвитку сфери гостинності. Було запропоновано об’єднати зусилля для популяризації професій, які формують майбутнє індустрії.
Також він презентував міжнародний грантовий проєкт HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 «Зв’язки між теорією і практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні», який ЧТЕІ реалізує спільно з іноземними партнерами.
Сильна співпраця між освітою та практикою — це запорука розвитку не лише регіону, а й цілого прикордонного простору.
On May 8, 2025, Vasyl Kyfyak, Deputy Director for Scientific and Methodological Work, International Relations and Innovative Development of the ChITE SUTE, took part in a meeting of the Coordination Council for Tourism Development of the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration. Among the participants, there were representatives of local authorities, business and the public. During his speech, Vasyl Kyfyak emphasized that the training of high-quality personnel for the hotel, restaurant and tourism business is critically important for the sustainable development of the hospitality sector. It was proposed to join efforts to popularize professions that form the future of the industry. He also presented the international grant project HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 «Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine», which is implemented by ChITE SUTE together with the Romanian Leading partner. Strong cooperation between education and practice is the key to the development of not only the region, but also the entire border area.
7 травня 2025 року в Чернівецькому торговельно-економічному інституті ДТЕУ Дар’я Іванова, менеджерка з розвитку StrikePlagiarism.com, провела воркшоп, в якому розкрила функціонали, особливості й можливості системи для перевірки академічних текстів на справжність і унікальність. У заході взяли участь директор ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ Анатолій Вдовічен, заступник директора Василь Кифяк, учасники проєкту Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine – LINKSROUACBE, викладачі та студенти усіх освітніх програм інституту, адміністратори системи StrikePlagiarism.com. Під час воркшопу лекторка детально розповіла про алгоритм роботи системи.
У свою чергу учасники робочої групи Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine – LINKSROUACBE презентували проєкт менеджерці з розвитку StrikePlagiarism.com та обговорили можливості системи й актуальні питання забезпечення академічної доброчесності у рамках проєкту.
Використання системи StrikePlagiarism.com сприятиме створенню стимулюючого і чесного навчального середовища в інституті, де кожен студент матиме можливість розвивати свій потенціал і досягати успіху через власні зусилля та оригінальні дослідження.
On May 7, 2025, Daria Ivanova, Development Manager of StrikePlagiarism.com, held a workshop at the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE, where she revealed the functionality, features and capabilities of the system for checking academic texts for authenticity and uniqueness. The event was attended by Anatolii Vdovichen, Director of ChITE SUTE, Vasyl Kyfyak, Deputy Director, participants of the Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine - LINKSROUACBE Project, teachers and students of all educational programs of the institute, and administrators of the StrikePlagiarism.com system. During the workshop, the lecturer described in detail the work algorithm of the system.
In turn, the members of the Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine - LINKSROUACBE Project working group presented the project to the StrikePlagiarism.com Development Manager and discussed the system's opportunities and current issues of academic integrity within the project.
The use of the StrikePlagiarism.com system will help create a stimulating and fair learning environment at the institute, where every student will have the opportunity to develop one’s potential and succeed through own efforts and original research.

Ioan Itsko, European Union expert on the development of the hotel, restaurant and tourism business, organized a meeting between Vasyl Kyfyak, Deputy Director of the ChITE SUTE, and the Romanian delegation from the Suceava County on May 4, 2025. At the meeting issues on cooperation in the implementation of the project «Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine – LINKSROUACBE» were discussed.

Обговорено особливості вдосконалення практичної підготовки студентів, зокрема в рамках реалізації положень проєкту.
On May 3, 2025, Deputy Director of ChITE SUTE Vasyl Kyfyak signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with a stakeholder – Volodymyr Voroniuk, director of the «Bukovynska Troya» family recreation club. At the meeting, Mr. Kyfyak presented the project «Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine» – LINKSROUACBE. The features of improving students' practical training were discussed, in particular within the framework of implementing the project provisions.

Зокрема, 2 травня відбулася зустріч Аліни Побіжан, заступника начальника відділу супроводу реформ та аудиту місцевих програм Чернівецької обласної ради, з Василем Кифяком, заступником директора ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ. In particular, on May 2, a meeting was held between Alina Pobizhan, Deputy Head of the Department of Reform Support and Audit of Local Programs of the Chernivtsi Regional Council, and Vasyl Kyfyak, Deputy Director of ChITE SUTE. At the meeting, Mr. Vasyl presented the project Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine – LINKSROUACBE and discussed the possibilities of further cooperation in the direction of developing education in border territorial communities.

A business meeting was held between the Director of the ChITE SUTE Anatolii Vdovichen and the Chairman of the Chernivtsi Regional Council of Trade Unions Volodymyr Barabakh. At the meeting, Mr. Barabakh awarded the Director of the ChITE with an awards for strengthening social partnership with the trade unions. And Mr. Vdovichen presented the project ‘Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine’ – (LINKSROUACBE). The result of the meeting was coordination of further cooperation in the development of the project.

On May 1, 2025, a student roundtable «Challenges and Prospects for the Development of the Hospitality and Tourism Sector in (Post)Wartime» was held at the ChITE SUTE. The organizer was the Department of Food Technologies, Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Service. Attendees were delegations of scientists from Lviv State University named after I. Bobersky and Chernivtsi Professional College of Business and Food Technologies, stakeholders, ChITE SUTE teachers and students. Deputy Director Vasyl Kyfyak presented the project Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine – LINKSROUACBE to those present. He informed that the project envisages creating conditions for increasing digital literacy among students and employers.

Під час зустрічі також було заплановано провести дослідження для обґрунтування методів і механізмів розробки й впровадження транскордонної спільної онлайн-платформи навчання у вигляді інтегрованої цифрової розумної лабораторії.
On April 14, 2025, the participants of the project «LINKS between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine - LINKSROUACBE» held a working meeting on the organization of student competitions, publication of scientific works on the integration of new technologies in the field of education, which is one of the stated goals of the agreement. The working meeting was held by the Project's Research Coordinator, Olha Vdovichena. During the meeting, it was also planned to conduct a research to substantiate the methods and mechanisms for developing and implementing a cross-border joint online learning platform in the form of an integrated digital smart laboratory.

On April 9, 2025, a meeting of the Higher School of Pedagogical Excellence and Professional Development was held for teachers and staff members of CHITE SUTE, as well as participants in the «LINKS between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine- LINKSROUACBE» Project. Associate Professor Tetiana Nezveschuk-Kohut made a presentation on “Features of the Information Policy of the Higher Education Institution”, in which she revealed the importance of social networks and digital platforms for promoting the brand of the institute, forming an attractive image, increasing the level of trust from partners, as well as recognition in the educational and professional environment. The working meeting was held by the Project Manager, Yurii Koroliuk. At the meeting the job responsibilities of the participants and set targets for April were coordinated.

Також було обговорено особливості проведення публічних закупівель в рамках міжнародних проектів, зокрема проєкту Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine – LINKSROUACBE, в якому бере участь наш інститут. On April 7, 2025, as part of the Career Week-2025, a lecture-presentation «Peculiarities of public procurement of goods, works and services in public sector institutions» was held at Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE.
Stakeholder Maryna Balasheskul, Chief Specialist of the Financial Department of Banyliv Rural Territorial Community, covered the issues of procurement monitoring as a type of state financial control and the updated system of risk indicators. They also discussed the peculiarities of public procurement within the framework of international projects, in particular the project LINKS between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine - LINKSROUACBE, in which our institute participates. We are grateful to the speaker for the opportunity to improve the quality of the educational process through cooperation with the leading practitioners.

У ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ в рамках проєкту Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine – LINKSROUACBE відбувся круглий стіл «Науково-практичні детермінанти розвитку соціально-економічних систем в умовах невизначеності». На захід були запрошені стейкголдери: Володимир Гавреш, заступник голови Клубу підприємців Буковини, співзасновник і директор ТОВ «Укрдревексім»; Ганна Венерська, адвокатка; Віолета Шалєєва, керуюча рестораном «Ребра та вогонь» і дитячим простором «Фан Фан»; Павло Катеринчук, доцент, радник Чернівецького міського голови.
Доповідачі ділилися досвідом та обговорювали проблеми у своїх сферах діяльності й пропонували шляхи їх вирішення. Круглий стіл став важливою платформою для обміну досвідом та ідеями щодо подолання викликів, що стоять перед українським бізнесом та економікою в умовах глобальних змін.
April, 2025. The round table «Scientific and Practical Determinants of the Development of Socio-Economic Systems under Uncertainty» was held at the CHITE SUTE as part of the project LINKS between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine- LINKSROUACBE. The following stakeholders were invited to the event: Volodymyr Havresh, Deputy Chairman of the Bukovyna region Entrepreneurs’ Club, co-founder and Director of «Ukrdrevexim» LLC; Anna Venerska, lawyer; Violeta Shalieieva, manager of the «Ribs and Fire» Restaurant and «Fan Fan» children's space; Pavlo Katerynchuk, Associate Professor, Counselor of the Mayor of the city of Chernivtsi.
The speakers shared their experience and discussed problems in their respective fields of activity and suggested ways to solve them. The roundtable has become an important platform for sharing experiences and ideas on how to overcome the challenges which are faced by Ukrainian business and the economy in the context of global changes.

Сучаві (Румунія) на чолі з Анамарією Маковей й Іонуцею Баланом – наші партнери з проєкту «Зв’язки між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті Румунія-Україна» – LINKSROUACBE, ID: HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043. Зустріч присвячена старту проєкту, який реалізується у партнерстві й отримує фінансування від Європейського Союзу в рамках Програми Interreg VI-A NEXT «Угорщина – Словаччина – Румунія – Україна 2021-2027». Термін реалізації: 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2026.
З боку ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ в роботі засідання взяли участь директор професор Анатолій Вдовічен, заступник директора професор Василь Кифяк, проєктний менеджер професор Юрій Королюк, асистент проєктного менеджера Алла Шимко, перекладач Леся Горжу, фахівець з просування Неля Савєльєва.

On March 31, 2025, the ChTEI SUTE was visited by a delegation from the Stefan cel Mare University in Suceava (Romania), led by Anamaria–Geanina MACOVEI and Ionuţ BALAN - our partners in the project «Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education Romania-Ukraine» - LINKSROUACBE, ID: HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043. The meeting is dedicated to the launch of the project, which is implemented in partnership and receives funding from the European Union within the framework of the Interreg VI-A NEXT Program «Hungary - Slovakia - Romania - Ukraine 2021-2027». Implementation period: 01.01.2025 - 31.12.2026.
From the ChTEI SUTE, the meeting was attended by Director Professor Anatolii VDOVICHEN, Deputy Director Professor Vasyl KYFYAK, Project Manager Professor Yurii KOROLIUK, Assistant Project Manager Alla SHYMKO, Translator Lesya HORZHU, and Promotion officer Nelya SAVIELIEVA.
During the meeting, problematic issues of project implementation were discussed, joint events were agreed upon, and the first implemented stages were presented.
27 березня 2025 року відбувся семінар «Державна реєстрація проєктів МТД програм INTERREG NEXT в Україні». Організатори – координатори проєктів Програми HUSKROUA INTERREG NEXT Programme 2021-2027 та Кабінет Міністрів України. Розглядалися питання державної реєстрації даних програм і деякі питання бронювання військовозобов’язаних під час воєнного стану, адміністративні, технічні і фінансові аспекти, звітність, ключові положення Грантової угоди тощо.

The seminar «State Registration of MTD Projects of INTERREG NEXT Programs in Ukraine» was held on March 27, 2025. The coordinators of the HUSKROUA INTERREG NEXT Programme 2021-2027 projects and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine were the organizers of the event. The issues of state registration of these programs and some issues of booking conscripts during martial law, administrative, technical and financial aspects, reporting, key provisions of the Grant Agreement, etc. were considered.
On behalf of the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE, the Project Manager of the project «Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine» – LINKSROUACBE (ID: HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043P3: A cooperating border region) Yurii KOROLIUK and Financial Manager Valentyna OSADCHA took part in the event.

On March 21, 2025, Deputy Director of the CHTEI SUTE, Professor Vasyl Kyfyak presented the Project «Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine» (LINKSROUACBE) to the heads of educational institutions of Storozhynets and Vyzhnytsia territorial communities and teachers of lyceums in the city of Chernivtsi. He outlined the goals, objectives and expected results of the project, both short-term ones in the form of implemented initiatives and activities, and also long-term ones in the field of education development of the Chernivtsi region.

On March 21, 2025, the project «Links between theory and practice in cross-border education Romania - Ukraine» (LINKSROUACBE) – ID HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 was presented to students of the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics. The implementation of this project will provide students from the border regions of Ukraine and Romania with equal access to modern, relevant practical economic knowledge, which will contribute to their competitiveness in the labor market.
The partnership between educational institutions of both countries introduced by the project will contribute to a coordinated approach to solving regional human resources problems of business.
