8 травня 2025 року заступник директора з науково-методичної роботи, міжнародних зв’язків та інноваційного розвитку ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ Василь Кифяк взяв участь у засіданні Координаційної ради з питань розвитку туризму Чернівецької обласної військової адміністрації. Серед учасників — представники місцевої влади, бізнесу та громадськості.
Під час виступу Василь Кифяк наголосив, що підготовка якісних кадрів для готельного, ресторанного та туристичного бізнесу є критично важливою для сталого розвитку сфери гостинності. Було запропоновано об’єднати зусилля для популяризації професій, які формують майбутнє індустрії.
Також він презентував міжнародний грантовий проєкт HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 «Зв’язки між теорією і практикою в транскордонній освіті в Румунії та Україні», який ЧТЕІ реалізує спільно з іноземними партнерами.
Сильна співпраця між освітою та практикою — це запорука розвитку не лише регіону, а й цілого прикордонного простору.
On May 8, 2025, Vasyl Kyfyak, Deputy Director for Scientific and Methodological Work, International Relations and Innovative Development of the ChITE SUTE, took part in a meeting of the Coordination Council for Tourism Development of the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration. Among the participants, there were representatives of local authorities, business and the public. During his speech, Vasyl Kyfyak emphasized that the training of high-quality personnel for the hotel, restaurant and tourism business is critically important for the sustainable development of the hospitality sector. It was proposed to join efforts to popularize professions that form the future of the industry. He also presented the international grant project HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 «Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education in Romania and Ukraine», which is implemented by ChITE SUTE together with the Romanian Leading partner. Strong cooperation between education and practice is the key to the development of not only the region, but also the entire border area.
7 травня 2025 року в Чернівецькому торговельно-економічному інституті ДТЕУ Дар’я Іванова, менеджерка з розвитку StrikePlagiarism.com, провела воркшоп, в якому розкрила функціонали, особливості й можливості системи для перевірки академічних текстів на справжність і унікальність. У заході взяли участь директор ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ Анатолій Вдовічен, заступник директора Василь Кифяк, учасники проєкту Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine – LINKSROUACBE, викладачі та студенти усіх освітніх програм інституту, адміністратори системи StrikePlagiarism.com. Під час воркшопу лекторка детально розповіла про алгоритм роботи системи.
У свою чергу учасники робочої групи Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine – LINKSROUACBE презентували проєкт менеджерці з розвитку StrikePlagiarism.com та обговорили можливості системи й актуальні питання забезпечення академічної доброчесності у рамках проєкту.
Використання системи StrikePlagiarism.com сприятиме створенню стимулюючого і чесного навчального середовища в інституті, де кожен студент матиме можливість розвивати свій потенціал і досягати успіху через власні зусилля та оригінальні дослідження.
On May 7, 2025, Daria Ivanova, Development Manager of StrikePlagiarism.com, held a workshop at the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE, where she revealed the functionality, features and capabilities of the system for checking academic texts for authenticity and uniqueness. The event was attended by Anatolii Vdovichen, Director of ChITE SUTE, Vasyl Kyfyak, Deputy Director, participants of the Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine - LINKSROUACBE Project, teachers and students of all educational programs of the institute, and administrators of the StrikePlagiarism.com system. During the workshop, the lecturer described in detail the work algorithm of the system.
In turn, the members of the Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine - LINKSROUACBE Project working group presented the project to the StrikePlagiarism.com Development Manager and discussed the system's opportunities and current issues of academic integrity within the project.
The use of the StrikePlagiarism.com system will help create a stimulating and fair learning environment at the institute, where every student will have the opportunity to develop one’s potential and succeed through own efforts and original research.

On May 3, 2025, Deputy Director of ChITE SUTE Vasyl Kyfyak signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with a stakeholder – Volodymyr Voroniuk, director of the «Bukovynska Troya» family recreation club. At the meeting, Mr. Kyfyak presented the project «Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine» – LINKSROUACBE. The features of improving students' practical training were discussed, in particular within the framework of implementing the project provisions.

ChITE SUTE actively cooperates with representatives of local authorities. In particular, on May 2, a meeting was held between Alina Pobizhan, Deputy Head of the Department of Reform Support and Audit of Local Programs of the Chernivtsi Regional Council, and Vasyl Kyfyak, Deputy Director of ChITE SUTE. At the meeting, Mr. Vasyl presented the project Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine – LINKSROUACBE and discussed the possibilities of further cooperation in the direction of developing education in border territorial communities.

A business meeting was held between the Director of the ChITE SUTE Anatolii Vdovichen and the Chairman of the Chernivtsi Regional Council of Trade Unions Volodymyr Barabakh. At the meeting, Mr. Barabakh awarded the Director of the ChITE with an awards for strengthening social partnership with the trade unions. And Mr. Vdovichen presented the project ‘Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine’ – (LINKSROUACBE). The result of the meeting was coordination of further cooperation in the development of the project.

On May 1, 2025, a student roundtable «Challenges and Prospects for the Development of the Hospitality and Tourism Sector in (Post)Wartime» was held at the ChITE SUTE. The organizer was the Department of Food Technologies, Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Service. Attendees were delegations of scientists from Lviv State University named after I. Bobersky and Chernivtsi Professional College of Business and Food Technologies, stakeholders, ChITE SUTE teachers and students. Deputy Director Vasyl Kyfyak presented the project Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine – LINKSROUACBE to those present. He informed that the project envisages creating conditions for increasing digital literacy among students and employers.

Під час зустрічі також було заплановано провести дослідження для обґрунтування методів і механізмів розробки й впровадження транскордонної спільної онлайн-платформи навчання у вигляді інтегрованої цифрової розумної лабораторії.
On April 14, 2025, the participants of the project «LINKS between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine - LINKSROUACBE» held a working meeting on the organization of student competitions, publication of scientific works on the integration of new technologies in the field of education, which is one of the stated goals of the agreement. The working meeting was held by the Project's Research Coordinator, Olha Vdovichena. During the meeting, it was also planned to conduct a research to substantiate the methods and mechanisms for developing and implementing a cross-border joint online learning platform in the form of an integrated digital smart laboratory.

On April 9, 2025, a meeting of the Higher School of Pedagogical Excellence and Professional Development was held for teachers and staff members of CHITE SUTE, as well as participants in the «LINKS between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine- LINKSROUACBE» Project. Associate Professor Tetiana Nezveschuk-Kohut made a presentation on “Features of the Information Policy of the Higher Education Institution”, in which she revealed the importance of social networks and digital platforms for promoting the brand of the institute, forming an attractive image, increasing the level of trust from partners, as well as recognition in the educational and professional environment. Робочу зустріч провів керівник проєкту – Юрій Королюк. На зустрічі було скоординовано посадові обов’язки учасників та визначено планові показники на квітень.

Стейкголдер Марина Балашескул, головний спеціаліст фінансового відділу Банилівської сільської територіальної громади, розкрила питання моніторингу закупівлі як виду державного фінансового контролю та оновленої системи ризик-індикаторів. Також було обговорено особливості проведення публічних закупівель в рамках міжнародних проектів, зокрема проєкту Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine – LINKSROUACBE, в якому бере участь наш інститут. Ми вдячні спікеру за можливість підвищити якість освітнього процесу завдяки співпраці з провідними фахівцями-практиками.
On April 7, 2025, as part of the Career Week-2025, a lecture-presentation «Peculiarities of public procurement of goods, works and services in public sector institutions» was held at Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE.
Stakeholder Maryna Balasheskul, Chief Specialist of the Financial Department of Banyliv Rural Territorial Community, covered the issues of procurement monitoring as a type of state financial control and the updated system of risk indicators. They also discussed the peculiarities of public procurement within the framework of international projects, in particular the project LINKS between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine - LINKSROUACBE, in which our institute participates. We are grateful to the speaker for the opportunity to improve the quality of the educational process through cooperation with the leading practitioners.

У ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ в рамках проєкту Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine – LINKSROUACBE відбувся круглий стіл «Науково-практичні детермінанти розвитку соціально-економічних систем в умовах невизначеності». На захід були запрошені стейкголдери: Володимир Гавреш, заступник голови Клубу підприємців Буковини, співзасновник і директор ТОВ «Укрдревексім»; Ганна Венерська, адвокатка; Віолета Шалєєва, керуюча рестораном «Ребра та вогонь» і дитячим простором «Фан Фан»; Павло Катеринчук, доцент, радник Чернівецького міського голови.
Доповідачі ділилися досвідом та обговорювали проблеми у своїх сферах діяльності й пропонували шляхи їх вирішення. Круглий стіл став важливою платформою для обміну досвідом та ідеями щодо подолання викликів, що стоять перед українським бізнесом та економікою в умовах глобальних змін.
April, 2025. The round table «Scientific and Practical Determinants of the Development of Socio-Economic Systems under Uncertainty» was held at the CHITE SUTE as part of the project LINKS between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine- LINKSROUACBE. The following stakeholders were invited to the event: Volodymyr Havresh, Deputy Chairman of the Bukovyna region Entrepreneurs’ Club, co-founder and Director of «Ukrdrevexim» LLC; Anna Venerska, lawyer; Violeta Shalieieva, manager of the «Ribs and Fire» Restaurant and «Fan Fan» children's space; Pavlo Katerynchuk, Associate Professor, Counselor of the Mayor of the city of Chernivtsi.
The speakers shared their experience and discussed problems in their respective fields of activity and suggested ways to solve them. The roundtable has become an important platform for sharing experiences and ideas on how to overcome the challenges which are faced by Ukrainian business and the economy in the context of global changes.

Сучаві (Румунія) на чолі з Анамарією Маковей й Іонуцею Баланом – наші партнери з проєкту «Зв’язки між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті Румунія-Україна» – LINKSROUACBE, ID: HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043. Зустріч присвячена старту проєкту, який реалізується у партнерстві й отримує фінансування від Європейського Союзу в рамках Програми Interreg VI-A NEXT «Угорщина – Словаччина – Румунія – Україна 2021-2027». Термін реалізації: 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2026.
З боку ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ в роботі засідання взяли участь директор професор Анатолій Вдовічен, заступник директора професор Василь Кифяк, проєктний менеджер професор Юрій Королюк, асистент проєктного менеджера Алла Шимко, перекладач Леся Горжу, фахівець з просування Неля Савєльєва.
Під час засідання було обговорено проблемні питання реалізації проєкту, узгоджено проведення спільних заходів і презентовано перші реалізовані етапи.
On March 31, 2025, the ChTEI SUTE was visited by a delegation from the Stefan cel Mare University in Suceava (Romania), led by Anamaria–Geanina MACOVEI and Ionuţ BALAN - our partners in the project «Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education Romania-Ukraine» - LINKSROUACBE, ID: HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043. The meeting is dedicated to the launch of the project, which is implemented in partnership and receives funding from the European Union within the framework of the Interreg VI-A NEXT Program «Hungary - Slovakia - Romania - Ukraine 2021-2027». Implementation period: 01.01.2025 - 31.12.2026.
From the ChTEI SUTE, the meeting was attended by Director Professor Anatolii VDOVICHEN, Deputy Director Professor Vasyl KYFYAK, Project Manager Professor Yurii KOROLIUK, Assistant Project Manager Alla SHYMKO, Translator Lesya HORZHU, and Promotion officer Nelya SAVIELIEVA.
During the meeting, problematic issues of project implementation were discussed, joint events were agreed upon, and the first implemented stages were presented.
27 березня 2025 року відбувся семінар «Державна реєстрація проєктів МТД програм INTERREG NEXT в Україні». Організатори – координатори проєктів Програми HUSKROUA INTERREG NEXT Programme 2021-2027 та Кабінет Міністрів України. Розглядалися питання державної реєстрації даних програм і деякі питання бронювання військовозобов’язаних під час воєнного стану, адміністративні, технічні і фінансові аспекти, звітність, ключові положення Грантової угоди тощо.

The seminar «State Registration of MTD Projects of INTERREG NEXT Programs in Ukraine» was held on March 27, 2025. The coordinators of the HUSKROUA INTERREG NEXT Programme 2021-2027 projects and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine were the organizers of the event. The issues of state registration of these programs and some issues of booking conscripts during martial law, administrative, technical and financial aspects, reporting, key provisions of the Grant Agreement, etc. were considered.
On behalf of the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE, the Project Manager of the project «Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine» – LINKSROUACBE (ID: HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043P3: A cooperating border region) Yurii KOROLIUK and Financial Manager Valentyna OSADCHA took part in the event.

21 березня 2025 року заступник директора ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ, професор Василь Кифяк презентував проєкт Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and Ukraine - LINKSROUACBE очільникам навчальних закладів Сторожинецької та Вижницької територіальних громад та вчителям ліцеїв м. Чернівці. Він окреслив цілі, завдання й очікувані результати проєкту, причому не лише короткострокових у вигляді реалізованих ініціатив і заходів, але й довгострокових у сфері розвитку освіти Чернівецької області.
On March 21, 2025, Deputy Director of the CHTEI SUTE, Professor Vasyl Kyfyak presented the Project «Links between theory and practice in cross-border education in Romania and in Ukraine» (LINKSROUACBE) to the heads of educational institutions of Storozhynets and Vyzhnytsia territorial communities and teachers of lyceums in the city of Chernivtsi. He outlined the goals, objectives and expected results of the project, both short-term ones in the form of implemented initiatives and activities, and also long-term ones in the field of education development of the Chernivtsi region.
Студентам Чернівецького торговельно-економічного інституту 21 березня 2025 року презентували проєкт «Links between theory and practice in cross-border education Romania - Ukraine» (LINKSROUACBE) – ID HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043. Реалізація цього проєкту забезпечить студентів прикордонних регіонів України та Румунії рівним доступом до сучасних актуальних практичних економічних знань, що сприятиме їх конкурентоспроможності на ринку праці.
Запроваджене проєктом партнерство навчальних закладів обох країн сприятиме скоординованому підходу до вирішення кадрових регіональних проблем бізнесу.
On March 21, 2025, the project «Links between theory and practice in cross-border education Romania - Ukraine» (LINKSROUACBE) – ID HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 was presented to students of the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics. The implementation of this project will provide students from the border regions of Ukraine and Romania with equal access to modern, relevant practical economic knowledge, which will contribute to their competitiveness in the labor market.
The partnership between educational institutions of both countries introduced by the project will contribute to a coordinated approach to solving regional human resources problems of business.
20 березня 2025 року науковці Чернівецького торговельно-економічного інституту СУТЕ (Україна) приєдналися в онлайн-режимі до Стартової конференції проекту «Зв'язки між теорією та практикою в транскордонній освіті Румунія - Україна» (акронім: LINKSROUACBE; ID HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043), організованої Сучава (Румунія). На конференції презентували партнерам проекту, його головну мету, цілі та очікувані результати.
On March 20, 2025, scientists from the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE (Ukraine) joined online the Launch Conference of the Project «Links between Theory and Practice in Cross-Border Education Romania - Ukraine» (acronym: LINKSROUACBE; ID HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043), organized by the Leading Partner – Stefan cel Mare University in Suceava (Romania). The conference presented the project partners, its main goal, objectives and expected results.
